This position be responsible for the testing of a select portfolio of business-critical applications, including the creation, oversight, and execution of test plans to enhance application reliability and data accuracy. This role will collaborate with both business and technology teams to bring innovation while supporting application change management processes.
Essential Job Functions
+ Design, develop, and maintain application test plan and test cases following testing standards and best practices.
+ Analyze business requirements and identify testing needs, both functional and regression.
+ Execute test plan and test cases and communicate testing results with project team. Follow up on outstanding issues and manage defect creation, tracking and resolution.
+ Maintain all forms documentation related to application testing to support software or data development lifecycle.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

+ Experience using DB tools and writing SQL queries, preferred.
+ Experience with one or more databases like PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, preferred.

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$106,605.00 - $260,590.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a detailed testing strategy for all phases of commercial loan system conversions, including mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and go-live activities.
- Define testing objectives, success criteria, and timelines to align with broader project milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test cases, scenarios, and expected outcomes based on business and technical requirements.
- Oversee the execution of test cases during mock conversions, ensuring data accuracy and process integrity.
- Identify, track, and resolve defects and issues encountered during testing, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and retesting.
- Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and outcomes to project leadership through detailed dashboards and reporting tools.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing activities, results, and lessons learned to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Lead final validation testing efforts, ensuring readiness for go-live and post-implementation stabilization.
- Support knowledge transfer activities to ensure smooth transition to business-as-usual operations. Requirements - Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience in banking operations or technology, or a high school diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years leading testing efforts for large-scale system conversions or implementations.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex testing programs.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and with urgency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with defect tracking and resolution processes.
- Familiarity with commercial loan servicing or financial operations is highly desirable.
