In this role as a Mobile Architect, you will join our dynamic team with our Workforce Management product. You will on building and enhancing mobile applications that bring an exceptional user experience to our customers.
In this role, you will develop robust and scalable mobile applications for iOS or Android platforms, focusing on high performance and excellent user experience. You will implement CLEAN architecture, SOLID principles, and other best practices to ensure modular, scalable, and maintainable codebases. You will create reusable SDKs and frameworks for internal and external use. You will utilize your experience with the Android SDK, Android Studio, and Google Android design principles, as well as a wide range of mobile frameworks and libraries to efficiently develop features and improve application performance. You will lead the development of large-scale, complex applications, ensuring they are robust, testable, and maintainable. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers, to design, develop, and launch new app features. You will write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices for mobile development, and test and debug to optimize app performance, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and stable applications. You will stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to continually improve app functionality and user engagement. You will implement security protocols to safeguard user data and comply with privacy regulations. You will contribute to code reviews, feedback sessions, and design discussions to improve team performance.
To thrive in this role, you have 10+ years of experience in mobile development and architecture (iOS or Android). You'll need versatile knowledge of coding languages with Swift or Java/Kotlin. This role requires you to have clear, compelling, and influential communication skills to succeed. You will constantly mentor developers and collaborate with peer architects on other teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

Blueprints and Strategy. You will influence and govern current and future architectural blueprints and promote architectural initiatives that generate revenue, improve efficiency, and support our business strategy. You will ensure that what we do solves both enterprise and local needs.

You'll start every day with a scrum, working together to understand responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate design and coding priorities.

Your chief role is to design, but coding is sometimes required. Once you create your design, you will guide developers to bring it to life using tools like Java, Angular, .net, or others. You will review their code, refine it if necessary, and jump in and code critical areas yourself.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

Position Overview
We are seeking a Mobile Software Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications across native iOS and Android platforms. This role will guide the technical team through the full software development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals, industry best practices, and DevOps principles.
