We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Mobile Solutions Architect to lead the technical vision and strategy for our native Android and iOS applications. **Your role**

- Test Automation & Quality: Champion a culture of quality. Lead initiatives to enhance our test automation framework, ensuring comprehensive coverage and rapid feedback loops for our engineering teams.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, design principles, and code review processes to maintain a high level of code quality and consistency across the mobile engineering teams.
- Work closely with product managers, business leaders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and align on priorities.
- Mentor senior and principal engineers, fostering a strong, positive, and collaborative engineering culture focused on continuous learning, innovation, and psychological safety.
- Proactively identify and resolve complex technical challenges, including performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and production incidents.
**Your skills and experience**
- 12 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 5 years in a mobile-focused architectural role.
- Deep, hands-on experience in native mobile application development for both Android and iOS.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering high-volume, enterprise-scale mobile applications that support millions of users.
- Practical experience with Generative AI technologies and their application in both user-facing features and software development lifecycle (SDLC) improvements.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with SRE concepts (SLOs, SLIs, error budgets) and DevOps practices.
- Extensive experience with test automation strategies, including unit, integration, and UI testing.

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $189,000 and $05,800. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
