The Enterprise IT Mobile Manager leads the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise mobile services, ensuring secure, seamless, and cost-effective mobile experiences for employees, executives, and contractors across the organization. This role is accountable for delivering measurable service value, driving cost efficiency, and maximizing the ROI of mobile assets and services.
The Mobile Manager oversees a team of service analysts who support with telecom expense reconciliation, mobile analytics, contractual compliance, and service performance tracking. This role collaborates across IT, Finance, Procurement, and Security to ensure mobile services are optimized, well-governed, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Operational Leadership
+ Define and execute the enterprise mobile strategy, balancing user experience, scalability, and cost control.
+ Oversee the full lifecycle of mobile assets (smartphones, tablets, hotspots, wearables) from procurement through decommissioning.
+ Lead Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platform operations (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Tangoe Mobile etc.), ensuring policy compliance and secure mobile access.
+ Evaluate emerging technologies for potential value and integration into our broad business ecosystem.
Cost Management & Service Value
+ Own the enterprise mobile budget and cost model; ensure proactive forecasting, tracking, and variance reporting.
+ Lead the reconciliation of carrier bills, cross-charging, and mobile spend analytics.
+ Drive service value through cost-performance benchmarking, plan optimization, contract consolidation, and usage analysis.
+ Identify opportunities to reduce total cost of ownership (TCO) while enhancing user satisfaction and productivity.
Team Management & Analytics
+ Manage a team of mobile service analysts responsible for:
+ Carrier invoice analysis and dispute resolution
+ Monthly and quarterly mobility reporting (usage, spend, adoption, compliance)
+ Service performance reviews, dashboards, and SLA/KPI tracking
+ Identifying service bottlenecks and recommending operational improvements
+ Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous service improvement.
Vendor & Contract Oversight
+ Manage relationships and performance of telecom carriers, OEMs, and mobile service providers globally.
+ Negotiate wireless service contracts, device leases, and UEM platform agreements with cost, flexibility, and scalability in mind.
Service Management & VIP Support
+ Ensure effective end-user mobile support, including executive and VIP user support through white-glove services and proactive device management.
+ Oversee incident trends, user satisfaction, and service desk alignment for mobile support issues.
+ Support service readiness for M&A activity, workforce expansions, and remote working models.
Security & Compliance
+ Collaborate with Cyber Security teams to enforce mobile device encryption, threat defense, and data loss prevention standards.
+ Ensure compliance with enterprise policies and any relevant regulatory requirements
Requirements:
+ 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with 3+ years leading mobile technology operations.
+ Strong knowledge of UEM platforms and mobile OS ecosystems (iOS, Android, Windows).
+ Proven experience in mobility-related cost management, TEM (telecom expense management), and service analytics.
+ Experience managing teams and delivering operational reporting to senior stakeholders.
Desired Characteristics:
+ ITIL certification and familiarity with service lifecycle and continual improvement processes.
+ Experience supporting VIP or executive-level users.
+ Familiarity with Mobile Threat Defense (MTD), eSIM provisioning, and mobile security standards.

The Market Manager Mobile Operations is responsible for executing all fleet operations activity within multiple markets/metropolitan areas (7-10 per manager), spanning multiple states (20-25% of country). This position's primary responsibilities include hiring, training and management of Lead/Mobile Ambassadors (15-30). The incumbent will also be responsible for assuring the Ambassadors' equipment/operational relationships are in working order. The role will support items/functions to manage service vehicles (20-30), vehicle servicing equipment/tools, phone/PC (personal computer), vendor relations and internal partners (e.g., Store/District Managers). This role will provide operational leadership (including management of the ambassador workforce, fleet vehicles, labor/asset scheduling and general operations problem resolution). This associate will lead a designated multi-state market/geography containing vehicles domiciled at multiple Goodyear-owned retail stores and/or commercial tire centers. In addition, the Market Manager Mobile Operations is accountable for maintaining and/or improving a set of last-mile based KPIs (key performance indicators), including customer on-time rates, service quality, route departure times, service times, etc.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Field Staff Management:
+ Manage hiring, training and staffing needs for mobile tire and vehicle maintenance services
+ Support training on new systems, tools, procedures and policies
+ Schedule and assign drivers to vans/routes and assure ambassadors' schedules align with route times and they execute on-time

Responsibilities
The Bloodmobile Driver/Mobile Operations Assistant - Box Truck Driver/Donor Registration position is responsible for driving a 26 ft box truck to and from blood drives throughout New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties, as well as the surrounding areas. Also prepares equipment and supplies for blood drives, transporting them to and from mobile draw sites, loading and unloading transport vehicles. Assists with setting up the blood drive. Assists with blood collection allied activities in the donor room and at mobile sites in accordance with BBD guidelines as described below. This position is considered "essential" during severe weather or emergency operation events.
***Shift Schedule: Morning, Evening, and Weekend shifts are required. Schedule released 2 weeks in advance***
- Drives the blood bank vehicles, including Box Trucks, to and from blood drives operating in a safe manner. Assures timely arrival at blood drive location.
- Assists with setting up and breaking down the blood drive.
- Prepares equipment and supplies for blood drives, loading and unloading them onto transport vehicles. Assures all supplies necessary for a successful drive are packed as needed. Maintains supplies in a neat and orderly fashion and follows regulatory requirements when returning them to the storage area after a blood drive.
- Assists with donor care activities, primarily registration of donors, and other miscellaneous duties as needed to ensure a safe and efficient mobile blood draw operation.
- Assists in maintaining the blood bank vehicles in a manner which ensures mechanical components are functioning properly and are road safe and ready. Cleans out the vehicle following blood drives. Performs vehicle inspections, minor vehicle upkeep and maintenance. Timely reporting of additional maintenance needs to the Facilities Department when required
- Follows procedures to ensure DOT logs and reports are completed as required

Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- 2+ years of experience driving 26 ft box trucks or other large vehicles requiring a Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC), Form MCSA-5876 .
- Working knowledge of large vehicle operation, parts, and basic preventative maintenance procedures with the ability to read and interpret basic mechanical and technical procedures.
- Ability to prepare basic reports related to vehicle maintenance and identify mechanical failures on a vehicle either to prevent or reduce downtime.
- Ability to accurately enter donor information for successful donor registration into computer system.
- Ability to provide highest quality service to all customers. Must be able to multi-task proficiently and work a variable work schedule.

The ideal candidate will possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in telecommunications network operations is required. Proficiency in networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix) are essential. Familiarity with various telecom technologies such as MPLS, DWDM, VoIP, and cellular networks is highly advantageous. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, are a must.
