Job Description
The Mobile Service Technical Operator operates, maintains, and monitors STARS equipment for wine treatment, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and quality while collaborating with winery staff for seamless operations.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
Travel to customer sites to set up, operate, clean, and break down STARS wine treatment equipment
Monitor and adjust equipment parameters; troubleshoot common issues
Perform routine maintenance and report major repair needs
Ensure quality control, collect samples, and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with winery staff and participate in training sessions
Follow sanitation and safety protocols, including OSHA standards

Key Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machinery or industrial operations is preferred.
2+ years of experience in operating or maintaining industrial equipment, preferably within the wine, beverage, or food production industry.
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills.

Basic Qualifications

The Mobile Crane Operator delivers materials to job site, primarily delivering wall panels and/or trusses requiring oversized load permits. Responsible for safely operating all types of cranes and boom trucks. Inspect and assist with the inspection reports for cranes, boom trucks and forklifts. Assist with minor repairs on equipment.

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Two (2) years of experience in a related Industrial Maintenance/Construction mechanical Mobile Crane Operator field working with large mobile cranes (150 ton and greater capacity), boom trucks and forklifts
+ Must have completed academic and practical competencies required (this includes Line of Progression requirements for internal employees where LOP Exists) and have experience demonstrating the required aptitude. The selected candidate shall demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge and skills while also passing a written assessment where required. This exam is based on skills/abilities and/or academic knowledge; as well as safety.
+ Selected Candidate shall pass the Hands-On Test - this exam will be a demonstration of practical skills to include diagnostics
+ Must pass Annual Physical (to include color recognition and depth perception)
+ Experience in rigging procedures and load charts
+ Experience in mobile crane Preventative Maintenance practices and Inspection procedures
+ Experience in cable reeling and crane load testing
+ Must be self-motivated, display leadership qualities and serve as an active member of a high performance team
+ Ability and willingness to learn about new equipment for the purpose of task training and mentoring others in the safe operation of cranes

You will work in various areas of the plant operating industrial equipment to provide a smooth and safe operation. **WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH** + Ability to operate various heavy equipment. + Will be required to learn how to operate a gantry crane for unloading vessels carrying fuels and raw materials. + Troubleshoot production issues and take appropriate corrective actions. + Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviours. + Works rotating shift schedule; weekends and holidays as assigned. + Other dutes as assigned. **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR** **Required Education:** High School Diploma/GED **Additional Education:** Associates/Technical Degree preferred **Required Computer and Software Skills:** Basic Computer skills **Travel Requirements:** Minimal **Additional Requirements:** + 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred. + Must possess a valid driver's license. + High degree of safety awareness. + A good understanding of the basics of the cement manufacturing process is preferred. + Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
