As a member of Videojet Technologies' Senior Leadership Team, the Vice President of Product & Strategy will work closely with the President to define and deploy the business strategy, determine the product roadmap and align the brand marketing and content teams to ensure strong brand competitiveness, positioning and awareness, while developing best in class teams that drive innovation, engagement, belonging and inclusion.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Develop a best-in-class Global Product Management organization whose members sit at the center of Videojet's most critical decisions regarding the verticals we play, the products we develo,p and the strategies we implement to win in the marketplace.
Brand Marketing & Content
Own the global brand marketing and content strategy with focused execution on:
+ Expanding and positioning Videojet's dominance in the Continuous Inkjet Printing (CIJ) space
+ Expanding brand and content awareness to increase share of wallet with existing customers
+ oKeeping Videojet top of mind to maximize social and media presence

We're looking for a Director of Product Strategy to join our Individual Solutions product team. In this role, you'll build the ongoing vision and future strategy for three primary solutions supporting retirement plan participants with both education and advice services. These include onsite and virtual education, plus a concierge service for plan roll-ins of external 401(k) assets to the participant's current employer-sponsored retirement plan held with Principal. In addition, you will be accountable for our Distribution Consulting service, which has been designed for former participants experiencing a separation from their employer.
