The role will work in a matrix environment and will be participating in Community of Practice/ Task Forces in collaboration with global functions. You will be accountable for maintaining appropriate validated lifecycle management strategies for product mostly in 3A and 3B of process validation stage and responsible for maintaining up to date with best practices and trends in the industry. This role is highly cross-functional and report into the site Technical Standard Lead while maintaining a dotted line into the global MSAT organization for Process Validation.

- Review CPV procedures and SOPs
- Review and approved CPV report at the end of each campaign
- Stay current with industry best practice and regulatory/ compliance expectations on product lifecycle

- 10+ years of industrial experience in Biopharmaceutical process development, MSAT or CMC roles with emphasis on lifecycle approaches

The annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $109,725 to $182,875 taking into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidate's skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. **About the role**
The **Product Lifecycle Specialist** ensures all Haleon Quality Management System activities and decisions are in accordance with the product lifecycle for the site. This includes the redaction of Periodic Product Review as per annual plans, site-wide review of change controls, oversight of applicable regulatory changes, and management of complaints for the site.
The purpose of this role is also to identify:
- areas of product improvement with relevant stakeholders for necessary investigation and implementation of associated CAPA in compliance with local regulatory & Quality requirements
- areas where our processes can be simplified and adapted the type of product manufactured, with an objective to make compliance easier.
**Role Responsibilities**
**Periodic Product Reviews (PPRs)**
+ Compile PPRs in line with the procedures and established timelines. Escalate any issues that may prevent that PPRs are completed in time and with the necessary quality to meet regulatory expectations and global internal requirements.
+ Collect data from for raw materials, excipients, packaging components, finished product, and stability.
+ Retrieve data from SAP and/or communicate with the pertinent site groups to determine the batches manufactured, packaged, or released during the annual review period, as well as the associated active and inactive ingredients utilized for the production process.
+ Provide an overall assessment of PPR data elements and make recommendations when gaps or trends are identified; perform any data trending needed for the PPRs and identify any out of trend issues (lower Process Capability etc.) with a product with relevant functions (Technical, Stability, Production, Compliance, QA Operations, QA Compliance and QC teams) to facilitate investigation and resolution of PPRs.
+ Raise deviation and CAPA, if the technical gaps observed during PPR analysis.
**Change Control**
+ Facilitate the change control program by evaluating and helping to process site change requests.
+ Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth and effective implementation of changes.
+ Track and facilitate changes through the change control process; report on their status and effectiveness.
**QRI & Regulatory Dossier**
+ Monitor changes in regulations, guidelines, and enforcement actions globally to anticipate and respond to regulatory challenges effectively.
+ Author and update regulatory dossiers in accordance with regulatory authority and Haleon guidelines.
+ Work with Supplier Quality Lead to ensure confidentiality agreements are in place with third parties.
**Complaints Management**
+ Conduct thorough investigations into complaints, collaborating with quality assurance, production, and other relevant departments to identify root causes.
+ Ensure complaint handling process complies with regulatory requirements, including FDA, and other relevant guidelines.
+ Maintain accurate records of all complaints and investigations and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
+ Analyze complaint trends and data to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions. Present this data in Quality Council.
+ Assist in internal and external audits by providing documentation and evidence of complaint handling processes and resolutions.
+ Collaborate effectively and establish processes to ensure smooth communication within the department, across functions, and across sites. Ensure two-way communications between Site Leadership and the department.
+ Approve/review/author GMP related documentation. Approve changes associated with these documents.
+ Other duties as assigned.

- User Segmentation and Personalization - Create and maintain user segmentation to ensure the delivery of relevant and personalized email content to different user groups based on their behavior, preferences, and stage in the customer life cycle.

The Senior Product Lifecycle Engineer is a key member of the product development team which works closely with other Engineering teams, such as the Test Lab, Manufacturing and Product Management to create competitive designs for Trane Commercial HVAC equipment. The selected individual must have the technical expertise to support and lead product design projects, product validation testing, drive to root cause for quality & reliability issues, interpret technical agency standards and conduct projects in accordance with standard engineering and stage gate PDP practices.

**What you will do:**
+ · Meet the needs of internal and external customers, through documenting, understanding and prioritizing customer requirements.· Apply technical expertise to solve design problems or to gauge appropriateness of product to various applications.· Lead project teams to meet performance, reliability, cost and schedule objectives.· Evaluate the cost Review effectiveness, reliability and safety of certain mechanical or electrical designs. Evaluate continuous improvements in design and manufacture.· Make corrections to BOM structures for errors in components and quantities.· Facilitate design reviews and test plan reviews to ensure a robust and reliable design.· Conduct design FMEAs; develop and execute resulting risk mitigation plans.· Provide technical support to laboratory technicians, manufacturing engineering, suppliers, technical service and operations.· Both domestic and international travel may be required. Estimated travel is 15%.
**What you will bring:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in an Engineering discipline
+ 5+ years relevant electrical engineering or product design experience. Experience related to hardness and cabling, High/Low voltage panel and cabinets is a plus
+ Windchill software or equivalent PLM (Product lifecycle management software) experience
+ Knowledge working with relevant computer applications, such as CADD (Computer Aided Design and Drafting)
**Compensation:**
$110,000 - $120,000 annual
Base Pay Range: Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
