**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Mobile Technician, you will perform repairs and tend to several buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and ground requests.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed building systems, equipment, and facilities.
+ Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
+ Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Manage and track completion.
+ Support energy management by taking measures to ensure that all systems are operating in the most efficient manner.
+ Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
+ Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
+ Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
+ Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
+ Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
**What You'll Need:**
+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid Driver's License required.
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

The minimum salary for the Mobile Technician position is $52,000 annually (or $5.00 per hour) and the maximum salary for the Mobile Technician position is 60,320 annually (or 29.00 per hour). The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. **About the Role:**
As a CBRE Mobile Engineer you will be responsible for performing complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, building systems and equipment, vehicles, and grounds within a geographical area/route potentially across multiple sites. The role monitors building system operations and performance, utilizing several trade skills such as welding, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.

+ Inspects new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
+ Inspects building systems including fire alarms, HVAC/R, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.
+ Oversees and inspects the work performed by outside vendors, including landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC/R, plumbers, and cleaning.
+ Maintains an energy management program to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems in the most efficient manner to keep operating costs at a minimum.
+ Maintains the building lighting system, including element and ballast repairs or replacements.
