Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, empower, and motivate the team to do their best work.
- Mentor engineers up to the senior level. Identify opportunities to advance engineers on their career paths and help them act more autonomously.

- Work with various stakeholders to define and influence product strategy, roadmaps, OKRs, and project execution.

Skills & Experience:

- High quality verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 2 years of experience leading an engineering team to deliver exceptional business and technical results.
