SUMMARY:
Field Service Engineer will be capable of performing dedicated aspects related to, but not limited to, the operation, maintenance, data collection, basic troubleshooting, and associated record keeping of all Red Light Camera (RLC) systems in the Syracuse, NY metro area.
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
The Field Engineer will also be responsible for ensuring all work is carried out in a safe efficient and productive manner in compliance with the Company Health and Safety regulations and to the satisfaction of our clients and JENOPTIK Robot GmbH senior management with emphasis on compliance with all legal and operational contractual obligations, including but not limited to, data collection and associated maintenance requirements.
The candidate must be hard-working and self-motivated with high personal ethics.
Responsible for ensuring the timely collection, accurate documentation, and timely secure bi-weekly delivery of data to the Joint Processing Centre including:
- Routine weekly data collection and deliveries as per data collection schedules following all procedures effectively
- Responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of all Traffipax-owned operations equipment
- Perform basic troubleshooting of various mechanical and electronic components in the field
- Perform basic mechanical work of assembling and installing equipment components in the field
- Install, tune, and maintain digital camera systems in pole cabinets in the field
- File maintenance reports with the Assistant Program Manager
- Possess basic electrical (120v), electronics, and computer skills for configurations and troubleshooting
- Possess good communication skills in English
- Have basic Office Software computer skills
- Ability to work independently, responsibly, and safely
- Ability to solve problems in the field independently, with judgment to seek help when needed
- Must be able to work in a structured, transparent, and auditable manner, prioritize, and comply with processes and quality checklists
- Be willing to travel for technical training, as requested
- Effectively prioritize, plan, and manage time
- Adhere to various safety regulations

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support for other programs when required

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years' experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic components, power, and connectivity wiring, computer hardware, etc.
- Experience in the field of Photography in general and Digital Photography in particular would be an asset
- General knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office applications, in particular, Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail
- Maintain a good driving record and must be willing to drive/operate large vehicles (including bucket trucks and small crane trucks)
- Ambitious and hard-working with a valid driver’s license

This individual will oversee the execution of day-to-day operational activities of Citi's Mobility Team, which has the responsibility of enabling mobility in support of the Citi's business worldwide. + Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.
+ Lead support of supplier identification and selection and on-boarding for new vendors
+ Defines the strategy to leverage supplier resources (e.g., in-source vs. out-source) in partnership with procurement.
+ Establishes supplier relationships to define performance targets and deliverables; leads conversations with suppliers related to immigration, relocation or tax matters.
+ Designs and coordinates supplier metrics and other analytic tools to audit supplier performance; works to improve supplier performance by identifying and monitoring performance issues and executing solutions.
+ Communicate any product or service-related concerns. Monitor usage trends to determine which services are more popular with employees than others.
+ Problem resolution, acting as the escalation point for any issues and/or concerns raised by Mobility Manager/Specialists, HR or Business Managers on vendor performance
+ Measures the effectiveness of programs and uses the analysis to drive improvement for a larger business or region; benchmarks programs with leading industry practices and global talent trends; defines the measures of effectiveness and key factors.
+ Analyzes data, provides insights, identifies key performance indicators (KPIs) for Mobility, and leads the reporting of metrics based on business needs; provides key reports regarding mobility related statistics to senior leadership; develops new reporting capabilities and identifies opportunities to streamline current reporting.
+ Identifying and implementing global mobility program enhancements, taking account of external trends in the global mobility space together with Citi's business needs.
+ Responsible for performance aligned with our internal risk and control frameworks, across our programs.
**Required skills and experience** :
+ 10+ years in Global Mobility Program management or relevant Company experience.

This is a hands-on, strategic role with the potential to grow into leading a broader in-house IT or development team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Quickbase Innovation & Optimization
- Define project requirements, standards, and processes to guide the development of new features and eliminate technical debt.
- Collaborate with an external Quickbase developer to design scalable, inventive solutions and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Engage in hands-on configuration and no-code development in Quickbase to prototype features, troubleshoot issues, and spark new possibilities.
- Create documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials to boost adoption and unlock application potential for all users.
- Manage permissions, access, and rapid-resolution support for employee application challenges.
- Cross-Departmental Technology Enablement
- Partner with departments like accounting to design and enhance reporting technologies, construction to integrate diverse tools, and operations to scope and build inventory systems that transform workflows.
- Work closely with stakeholders at every level to identify needs, invent solutions, and implement systems that drive efficiency and success.
- Lead high-impact projects, such as designing a company-wide inventory system, by scoping requirements, architecting solutions, and executing plans.
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Oversee QA processes, including regression testing, to ensure reliability and performance across Quickbase and related applications.
- Implement strategies that elevate application stability and scalability for future growth.
- Stakeholder, Vendor & Team Management
- Engage internal teams to align technology solutions with business goals, inspiring enthusiasm and adoption company wide.
- Manage relationships with the external Quickbase developer and IT support vendor (handling hardware, networks, and more), while addressing ad-hoc tech needs in-house.
- Supervise and mentor one onsite direct report, delegating tasks and fostering their growth in support of technology initiatives.
- Business Application Ecosystem
- Spearhead the consolidation of project management tools (e.g., transitioning from Asana and Jira to Microsoft Planner) and weave integrations with Quickbase and Microsoft apps.
- Office 365 workflow automation and integration
- Configure and optimize additional business applications to streamline processes and spark operational breakthroughs.

- Lay the foundation for scaling into a leadership role overseeing a development team and/or an in-house IT as the company grows.
Qualification Standards
- 5 or more years’ experience in a technology solutions role or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or work-related experience
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Asana, Office 365) APIs and integration patterns
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
- Project Management methodology knowledge

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
