_Mobility Design & Solutions (MDS) Manager facilitate and maintain the relationships between the organization and vendors. The MDS Manager will maintain relationships with vendors and act as a point of escalation. The MSDA Manager is responsible for program analytics related to the overall performance of vendors in support of all Mobility programs which includes reviewing/validating vendor invoices, coordinating payments, tracking vendor spend to the approved budget, measuring vendor performance/delivery and monitoring SLAs. The MDS Manager will also manage Mobility metric dashboards to be used by the Mobility Team based on specific Mobility Services throughout the lifecycle of each Program._
This individual will oversee the execution of day-to-day operational activities of Citi's Mobility Team, which has the responsibility of enabling mobility in support of the Citi's business worldwide. With a fast-expanding global workforce, cost effective, practical mobility solutions form a key part of our organizational resourcing strategy.
This individual will report to the Head of Mobility and Immigration and will manage a global team of MDS specialists and will be responsible for supporting the mobility function through effective vendor management and overall program analytics and will play an important role in driving Citi's Mobility Programs' strategy and experience.
_Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:_
+ Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.
+ Lead support of supplier identification and selection and on-boarding for new vendors
+ Defines the strategy to leverage supplier resources (e.g., in-source vs. out-source) in partnership with procurement.
+ Establishes supplier relationships to define performance targets and deliverables; leads conversations with suppliers related to immigration, relocation or tax matters.
+ Designs and coordinates supplier metrics and other analytic tools to audit supplier performance; works to improve supplier performance by identifying and monitoring performance issues and executing solutions.
+ Communicate any product or service-related concerns. Monitor usage trends to determine which services are more popular with employees than others.
+ Problem resolution, acting as the escalation point for any issues and/or concerns raised by Mobility Manager/Specialists, HR or Business Managers on vendor performance
+ Measures the effectiveness of programs and uses the analysis to drive improvement for a larger business or region; benchmarks programs with leading industry practices and global talent trends; defines the measures of effectiveness and key factors.
+ Analyzes data, provides insights, identifies key performance indicators (KPIs) for Mobility, and leads the reporting of metrics based on business needs; provides key reports regarding mobility related statistics to senior leadership; develops new reporting capabilities and identifies opportunities to streamline current reporting.
+ Identifying and implementing global mobility program enhancements, taking account of external trends in the global mobility space together with Citi's business needs.
+ Responsible for performance aligned with our internal risk and control frameworks, across our programs.
**Required skills and experience** :
+ 10+ years in Global Mobility Program management or relevant Company experience.
+ Extensive knowledge of mobility, including policies, compensation and benefits, relocation, immigration and tax.
+ Self-motivated and results oriented with the ability to innovate.
+ Excellent organizational, planning and decision-making skills are essential.
+ Communicator with customer focus, proven relationship management skills, and the ability to influence and work with managers and employees at all levels.
+ Ability to adapt technical content to a specific audience to aide & develop a more complete baseline understanding.

WSTM is comprised of six service verticals that enable the team to deliver on our Workforce Solutions (WS) north star of delivering efficient and transparent talent mobility and employee engagement for a global workforce. The Field-Product Manager team specializes in ensuring our roadmap aligns with the fields needs and wants, while moving toward the WS North Star. In addition, Field leaders understand the customer needs to ensure our end products are applicable and integrated into everyday operations.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience owning technology products

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $06,000/year in our highest geographic market.
