Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to system alerts and notifications from various platforms, including cloud environments, network, applications, servers, and databases.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve basic technical issues related to system performance, connectivity, and cloud resources.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate technical team or senior analyst.
- Ensure accurate documentation of incidents, including steps taken, resolutions, and any follow-up actions required.
- Perform routine checks and reports on system health and performance, focusing on both on-premises and cloud-based systems.
- Provide first-level support for clients and end-users, troubleshooting issues through phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve incident response times and overall operational efficiency
Must Haves:
- Experience working with BigPanda or Grafana is a must.
- 2-4 years' experience in a technical support, IT monitoring or system operations role demonstrating observability principles and best practices

+ Actively participate in relevant site initiatives such as: Behavior Based Safety (BBS) and Product Supply System (PSS).
+ Maintain current training status for assigned SOPs, SOP revision training, GMP and HSES training. Maintain minimum eighty-five percent (85%) qualification in Curriculum.
