What's In It for You
- Annual average income: $65,000-$0,000 (with potential to earn 110,000+ based on performance
- Paid training (roughly two weeks) at 28- 35/hour, then move to hourly base plus incentives/commission based on performance, additional work performed, and overall job profitability
- Spiffs for water heater installs, drain jobs, and other qualifying upgrades
- TRUE work-life balance: M-F 8a-5p, 40-45-hour work weeks (No weekends or "on-call" required)
- Weekly pay
- All jobs are scheduled by our office staff - you focus on plumbing, not paperwork
- Roth IRA with up to 3% match after 6 months
- Paid time off: 40 hours/year in first two years, increases to 80 hours in year three
- Up to 40 hours paid sick leave per year

- Arrive on time and ready to go
- Accurately diagnose and solve plumbing problems
- Educate homeowners on their plumbing systems and build trust
- Offer plumbing solutions that fit customer needs and budget
- Keep your truck clean and well-stocked
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team
- Access areas of the home including crawl spaces, basements, and attics
- Perform service repairs and replacements including:
- Water heaters (tank and tankless
- Drain cleaning and snaking
- Faucet/toilet/shower repair & replacement
- Garbage disposals
- Water and sewer line repair
- Leak detection and repair
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing service experience
- Graduate of an apprenticeship or plumbing training program preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience with estimates and job management in a CRM (ServiceTitan) a Plus!
- Own your own basic plumbing hand tools
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills-you can explain plumbing in everyday language
- Takes pride in quality workmanship

- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

- Journeyman's plumbing license required
- Prior plumbing and installation experience
- Solid interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
