This position will be supporting our Washington State Plan. We are seeking a candidate with a WA RN licensure and previous experience in case management within a MCO preferred, knowledge of NCQA standards for case management, and understanding of state Medicaid contracts. The Auditor should have the ability to reference/ remember rules, standards, policy procedure language and can search for the most current versions of these documents where they are housed. Proficient technology experience and experience using CCA, QNXT, Epic, PRISM, IPRO SalesForce, UMK2, and Microsoft Office and Teams programs is highly preferred. Must be able to work independently in a high-volume environment, be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and manage work time wisely. Further details to be discussed during our interview process.

Work hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST

**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES**
+ Performs monthly auditing of registered nurse and other clinical functions in Utilization Management (UM), Case Management (CM), Member Assessment Team (MAT), Health Management (HM), and/or Disease Management (DM).
+ Monitors key clinical staff for compliance with NCQA, CMS, State and Federal requirements. May also perform non-clinical system and process audits, as needed.
+ Assesses clinical staff regarding appropriate decision-making.
+ Reports monthly outcomes, identifies areas of re-training for staff, and communicates findings to leadership.
+ Ensures auditing approaches follow a Molina standard in approach and tool use.
+ Assists in preparation for regulatory audits by performing file review and preparation.
+ Participates in regulatory audits as subject matter expert and fulfilling different audit team roles as required by management.
+ Maintains member/provider confidentiality in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and professionalism with all communications.
+ Adheres to departmental standards, policies, protocols.
+ Maintains detailed records of auditing results.
+ Assists HCS training team with developing training materials or job aids as needed to address findings in audit results.
+ Meets minimum production standards.
+ May conduct staff trainings as needed.
+ Communicates with QA supervisor/manager about issues identified and works collaboratively to resolve/correct them.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
**Required Education**
Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) Program and Associate's or bachelor's degree in Nursing OR Bachelor's or master's degree in social science, psychology, gerontology, public health, social work, or related field.
**Required Experience**
+ Minimum two years UM, CM, MAT, HM, DM, and/or managed care experience.
+ Proficient knowledge of Molina workflows.
+ Required License, Certification, Association
+ Must have valid driver's license with good driving record and be able to drive within applicable state or locality with reliable transportation.
+ Active and unrestricted license in good standing as applicable.
+ Preferred Experience
+ 3-5 years of experience in case management, disease management or utilization management in managed care, medical or behavioral health settings.
+ Two years of clinical auditing/review experience.

The Clinical Pharmacist Ambulatory Services provides direct patient care in hospital or community-based clinics. The pharmacist works collaboratively with physicians, nurses, other healthcare providers, and patients to optimize drug therapy and outcomes using evidence-based standards of care. This job is responsible for providing effective, efficient and accurate ambulatory pharmaceutical care to achieve organizational, patient care, and quality measure goals and objectives. The incumbent is responsible for working within the scope of their license, performed in accordance with organizational protocols, internal guidelines/standards, and any applicable State regulatory requirements.
**Essential Key Job Responsibilities**
+ Participates in the evaluation and management of diseases and health conditions in collaboration with other health care providers
+ Prescribe pharmaceutical agents as outline in the approved collaborative drug therapy management agreement including initiating, adjusting, and discontinuing drug therapy
+ Order and interpret drug therapy-related tests
+ Ensure patients have access to and receive safe, efficacious and cost-effective medication therapy
+ Work collaboratively to resolve medication access and adherence issues
+ Address medication-related issues to support care coordination and transitions of care
+ Performs appropriate Point-of-care laboratory testing as required for the visit
+ Provides patients and/or families with focused teaching on safe and effective use of prescribed medications and non-pharmacologic management of chronic health conditions
+ Precepts Pharmacy Interns and Pharmacy Residents. May serve as the Residency Program Director or Coordinator if applicable to their location.

+ Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy

The Patient Scheduler is entrusted with the crucial task of scheduling appointments and dispatching transportation to ensure participants reach their scheduled medical appointments seamlessly.
Responsibilities

Create and maintain clinic schedule for the Primary Care Provider, Registered Nurses, and Licensed Practical Nurses, including booking exam rooms and nursing care areas.

Maintain the clinic calendar and input return visit requests and semi-annual assessments into the schedule.

Create and manage schedules for internal specialists, such as dentists, hygienists, optometrists, orthopedic shoe specialists, and psychiatrists.

Schedule appointments for participants to see contracted medical specialists based on referrals made by Primary Care Providers.

Coordinate participants' medical appointment schedules with Adult Day Health and other disciplines.
-
Maintain contact with specialist providers regarding scheduling.

Dispatch drivers to transport participants to and from all medical appointments and adult day health visits.

Manage all transportation requests and coordinate efficient routing to maximize transportation resources.

Create scheduled routes for transportation and make adjustments to accommodate unanticipated changes.

Collaborate with the Transportation Manager and drivers to determine the safest routes.

Utilize transportation software and medical records software to track and schedule medical appointments for participants.

Obtain outside lab work, medical imaging, and external vendor services as needed.

Submit transportation requests in Easy Rides for all appointments.

Order clinic supplies and maintain a system of packing slips and invoices to validate the accuracy of bills received and coordinate delivery of supplies.

Send out appointment notices and make reminder calls to participants, caregivers, and escorts about their appointments.

Request records from hospitals, nursing homes, providers, external specialist appointments, and new Release of Information (ROI) forms.

Create packets for Emergency Room, hospital, nursing home, and Adult Family Home admissions.

Cover breaks and lunch for the receptionist as needed.

Sort and distribute mail and physician faxes.

Serve as a backup for the receptionist at all sites.

Operate office systems and equipment, such as personal computers, multi-line telephones, transcribers, copiers, fax machines, record systems, and other related equipment.

Coordinate work with internal and external contacts.
Essential Skills

At least 2 years of experience in scheduling medical appointments and/or dispatching medical transportation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.

Extensive knowledge of streets in King County.
