A busy Manhattan couple is seeking two ROTA nannies to help care for their twin infant daughters. The schedule will be one week on/off, and the family is ideally seeking a long-term commitment from candidates to ensure consistency of care for their children. The position may require live-out some nights when in the city but will always be live-in when out at the family's Connecticut home. You must be local to Manhattan to be considered.

• Full childcare for your shift, caring for the children's health, well-being, and education, while also being playful and creating an engaging environment
• Maintaining the schedule and routine, planning active and engaging activities
• Planning age-appropriate and developmental activities, play-dates, and outings
• Coordinating schedules for naps and meals, activities, and travel
• Preparing snacks and meals
• Managing the tidiness and organization of child spaces and belongings
• Child-related light housekeeping when needed
• Coordinating with the other nanny to create cohesive and consistent care

• Ability to navigate involved parents and other nanny, working solo and as part of a team
• Positive attitude
• Loving and calm
• Energetic enough to care for twin/toddler girls but also have a calm and centered demeanor
• Twin/multiples experience
• An educational background in Child Development/ECE or other relevant field

• Experience with twins or multiples

• Starts at $120
• Healthcare stipend

• Daytime hours: 40 hours/week
• Overnight care (7pm-7am): Paid via a flat stipend of $200-$50/night (The child typically sleeps through the night; occasional wake-ups may occur.)

• Ensure the child's safety and well-being at all times

• Hourly rate: 35- 45/hour (for daytime hours)
• Flat overnight rate: 200- 250/night
