Key Responsibilities
Lead collective bargaining negotiations, including wage, benefit, and workplace condition discussions with unions.
Advise clients on NLRA compliance , including Section 7 rights and other protected concerted activities.
Guide employers through union organizing campaigns , providing lawful communication strategies and proactive union avoidance.
Represent clients before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) for elections and ULP charges.
Conduct training and counseling sessions for management on union relations, labor laws, and internal policy alignment.

Candidate Requirements
