The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or possess equivalent relevant experience. Previous experience as a claims adjuster or in a similar role within the insurance industry is required. A valid state adjuster license or the ability to obtain one is necessary. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite is expected. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
