**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD AND FUNDING**
The V2X Mobile Sensors program performs Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for a ship based mobile platform with complex multi-mission radar/communication systems which have an elaborate command & control computing structure, along with communication interfaces and support sub-systems. These systems and the program assigned employees, which include bargaining members (union), are tasked to primarily operate in the Pacific Command's (PACOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR). Our program ensures the COBRA KING (CK) radar and communication systems are Fully Mission Capable (FMC) 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, and capable of supporting mission operations on short-notice.
V2X is seeking a Ship Operations Manager (SOM) to perform Radar Engineering duties onboard a forward deployed platform designed specifically for radar data collection. This position is a remote assignment onboard the USNS Howard O. Lorenzen TAGM-25. Duties include mission/track planning; operation, maintenance, and repair of a dual S and X Band radar systems and ancillary equipment; performing radar data analysis tasks; providing support for software engineering; development of engineering documentation and system operation and maintenance procedures. Other duties may include logistics support, quality assurance, and supporting maintenance of onboard ancillary systems. Position requires radar operation during tracking and testing. Additional collateral duties as assigned. This position reports to the Mobile Sensors Program Manager
While performing SOM role, the candidate will be required to lead, coordinate, and manage the activities of up to 30 Radar Engineering, Electronic Technician, Communication Operators, and Logistics personnel in the operations and maintenance (O&M) support of the systems managed by V2X. They will serve as the Senior Company Representative to the government customer onboard the ship. They will implement corporate policy, develop local policy as required, and report to the Program Manager on the technical status of systems and personnel issues.
**Required Skills:**
+ At least six years of experience with radar or digital signal processing equipment
+ Experience with troubleshooting and repair of analog and digital circuitry including power supplies, fault detection circuitry, microwave components, and waveguide.
+ Experience with Linux based operating systems such as IBM's AIX OS
+ Experience with monopulse and phased array radars.
+ Experience in performing data analysis to determine what system, subsystem and components require action to improve radar performance.
+ Understanding and experience working with Doppler antenna patterns, phase coherency, system sensitivity, matched filters, servos, high voltage transmitters, and traveling wave tubes.
+ Ability to comprehend and edit electronic schematic drawings and documentation.
+ Ability to organize and direct teams, implement company policy and develop local policy when required.
+ Familiar with sub-contractor relationships and ability to monitor subcontractors.
+ Supervise Exempt and Union represented employees with a Collective Bargaining Agreement.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills required including the preparation and presentation of technical reports.
+ Active DoD SECRET clearance.

+ Must be able to pass mariner exam.
+ This position is located on a forward deployed vessel that spends a lot of time at sea. Candidates must not be hindered by motion sickness.
**Desired Skills:**
+ Knowledge of embedded software design and PLC background.
+ Familiarity in the proper use and care of various electronic test equipment including logic and spectrum analyzers.
+ Network administrator knowledge and experience a plus.

**Qualifications**
**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:**

+ **Experience, with or without a degree, must be in Navy or Marine Corps rotor wing aviation.**
+ Ability to tactfully engage senior leadership (uniformed and civilian) on crew served weapons topics.

You will be the Military Operations Analysis Manager for the ISR, Advanced Technologies and Classified Programs team in Palmdale, California. Our team is responsible for delivering engagement, mission, theater, and campaign level operations analysis across multiple classified programs for both Lockheed Martin and Department of Defense stakeholders. Job Description
This position collaborates closely with the GCS Threat Intelligence & Security Operations team to develop and maintain an operational framework for mitigating OT cyber risks, leading incident response efforts, and ensuring effective alert management for OT cybersecurity issues. Additionally, the Senior Manager oversees and manages OT engagements with Managed Security Services Providers (MSSPs) and offshore/nearshore security service resources.
**Essential Functions**
+ Implement and operate OT security monitoring, incident response, and threat detection for all OT cyber safety tools delivered across the global fleet.
+ Establish and maintain SLAs that align with GCS Threat and Intel Operations metrics to measure KRIs and KPIs for OT cyber operations.
+ Establish and manage a global service delivery model to monitor, respond to, and mitigate OT cybersecurity threats aligned with the NIST framework.
+ Manage OT security operational processes, including stakeholder management, to ensure effective OT cyber safety alert resolution. This includes cross departmental and cross brand collaboration and reporting.
+ Build and or maintain a comprehensive inventory of critical OT assets and ensure accurate risk ranking and vulnerability alerting against each asset.
+ Develop and maintain effective support process for OT Cyber safety defense tools such as remote access, backup and recovery, removeable media scanners, anti-virus, patching, etc.
+ Build, develop, and lead a global team of OT security analysts to maintain a high standard of operational support. This team must adhere to GCS's Threat Intel and Operations support standards and guidelines.
+ Act as an escalation point for critical OT cybersecurity incidents, ensuring swift mitigation and communication with stakeholders.
+ Maintain knowledge of and implement operational standards in line with industry regulations and guidelines (e.g., CLIA, BIMCO, IMO, MSC-FAL.1/Circ.3).
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Business Informatics, Business administration.
+ Minimum 3+ Years leading an IT/Cybersecurity Operations Environment
+ Desired to have one of or more of the following certificates: CISSP, GSLC, GSOC, GCTI, or CISM
+ Expertise in OT Cyber Operations Management, OT Network Design Concepts, and OT System Architecture Design Principles, with additional knowledge of maritime communication systems, bridge systems, propulsion and machinery management systems, power control systems, access control systems, and cargo management systems being a plus.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $165,010.21 - $226,889.04. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
