**Position Summary**
The primary purpose of the negotiator position is to collaborate with non-par providers to negotiate the pricing of medical and facility claims to obtain the highest possible success rates, resulting in savings for both the member and Aetna.
As a Negotiator Analyst, you will:
+ Communicate with providers via phone, fax and/or email as set forth under the negotiation guidelines.
+ Organize and prioritize incoming workload to ensure turn-around time, productivity and quality metrics and met.
+ Work to obtain information such as plan benefits, insured liability utilizes basic accounting skills to assist in the negotiation process.
+ Handle calls and written inquiries from providers related to pre and post negotiations.
+ Review provider history in Global Claim Services (CMS) application to assist in determining appropritate negotiation thresholds.
+ Maintain and utilizes all resources and systems to effectively manage day to day responsibilites.
+ Independently review and resolve claim/billing issues and concerns.
**Required Qualifications**
+ General knowledge on negotiation (through medical billing process, claim processing, or other avenues).
+ Ability to give clear and concise examples of how to negotiate in a professional setting.
+ Proficient written and verbal communication.
+ Possess strong active listening, patience, adaptability and persuasion skills.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Work, Excel, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.

Raytheon Strategic Sourcing team is seeking uniquely talented leaders to fill this challenging and extraordinarily rewarding role. As a member of the Strategic Sourcing Agreements Team, you will be responsible for architecting supplier strategies and negotiating RMD's largest and most important agreements spanning the RTX-wide supply base.

As an Agreements Negotiator, you will be a member of multiple Strategic Sourcing Category Teams, helping develop commodity and agreement strategies, preparing and evaluating RFPs, and drafting and negotiating agreements with our supply base. Work will primarily include MTA (Master Terms Agreement), PA (Purchasing Agreement) and T's and C's (Terms and Conditions) agreements. Other forms of Agreements may be worked as needed (pricing, teaming, and collaborative agreements along with Memorandums of Understanding and intellectual property licenses).

The ideal candidate will possess the right experience, creativity, and instincts to identify opportunities and then shape agreements that are in the best interest of Raytheon, our customers, and suppliers by challenging our institutional norms, driving every angle of the deal, and understanding the short-term and long-term impacts of Raytheon's collective decisions.

While architecting strategies and negotiations, you will work closely with all stakeholders, inside and outside of Supply Chain, to evaluate feedback and insure alignment. Qualifications You Must Have

Job Summary

The Negotiator - Assistant Director has the experience and skill to run an holistic negotiation strategy supporting a collaborative model with the EY deal team and clients to achieve a value-based outcome. Experience:

  • 7+ years' experience of negotiation and contract drafting experience in commercial and legal terms with substantial experience in the technology services industry (managed services/BPO/system integration/consulting)

  • Approximately 4+ years plus of previous "first chair" negotiation experience (in either sales, legal or procurement) in the consulting and managed services industry

  • Experience working in a large complex global organization with strong understanding of leading negotiation practices with proven experience

  • Experience leading high-performance teams

  • University/Bachelors' degree or equivalent qualification required

  • MBA or master's degree (or equivalent qualification) in Business or related field preferred

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $107,400 to $00,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 128,900 to 228,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
