NICU (Children's Services) As a Critical Care Technician in the NICU at Sinai Hospital, you will play an essential role in delivering safe, age-appropriate care to neonates and their families. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you'll use your specialized knowledge and critical care skills to support high-acuity patients during some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives. Key Responsibilities: Provide age-appropriate care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to address the complex needs of neonatal patients and their families. Support emergency and routine interventions using critical thinking and evidence-based practices. Function as a knowledgeable resource and technician within the NICU setting. Qualifications: Active Maryland Board of Nursing CNA or GNA License required. American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred. Previous experience in pediatrics and/or NICU is strongly preferred.
