Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve hardware and software, and network problems for clients
  • Configure, Deploy, Support Next Gen Firewalls
  • Provide technical remote and onsite support to clients and internal staff
  • Coordinate capacity, planning and analyze customer infrastructures

  • In-depth knowledge of network protocols, security technologies (e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet), and SIEM solutions.
  • Experience with IDS/IPS, VPN, WAF, and endpoint security solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CCIE Security, or GIAC are highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for remote work.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple security projects effectively.
