The Role
Presidio is seeking two (2) Network and Security Practice Leads, one (1) for Tri-State and (1) New England. These individuals will be hands-on leaders, providing technical oversight for an engineering team throughout their services execution, ensuring engineers are technically prepared, projects are completed successfully and efficiently, and have met or exceeded client expectations. In this role you will serve as a focal point for highly complex implementations, lead design workshops and support pre-sales activity for professional services engagements.

The role will require overseeing a team of engineers, assuring that both Presidio and vendor best practices are adhered to, as well as providing a superb customer experience

Required Skills and Professional Experience:

• Advanced Networking Expertise:
• Proven experience with complex multi-protocol routing and switching, including designing, configuring, and troubleshooting with a focus on Cisco best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of core routing and switching platforms (e.g., Cisco) and advanced networking concepts such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and IP addressing design.
• Strong understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack, OSI model, and commonly used TCP/UDP ports and services.
• Expertise in network security, including hardening device access and implementing security protocols.


• Cloud Networking & SD-WAN:
• Solid experience with cloud networking solutions in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), as well as Aviatrix for cloud networking.

• Security Solution Implementation:

• Ability to implement and manage security solutions, ensuring secure network infrastructure.


• Troubleshooting & Communication:
• Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in routing and switching issues, with a proven track record of resolving complex network problems.

• Experience:
• 2+ years' experience with team leadership or management of a technical team preferred, or equivalent

We are looking for an Systems Administrator with hands-on experience in Windows-based environments to support a growing IT infrastructure. This role requires expertise in 365/Azure (at least 1 year), virtualization (Hyper-V, Citrix), and PowerShell scripting. The position is onsite in Plainview, NY, with some potential travel using a company-provided vehicle (valid driver's license required).

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support enterprise Windows-based infrastructure (minimal Linux exposure).
• Work with 365/Azure, Hyper-V, and Citrix for virtualization needs.
• Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
• Assist in managing 400 servers, with a focus on learning and adaptation.
• Collaborate with two existing sys admins to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle the demands of a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments ( 5-7 years preferred).
• Strong expertise in Windows Server environments.
• Certifications (Microsoft, VMware, etc.) are a plus but not required.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The O365/Azure Security Administrator position is a full-time salaried job based in Jamaica, New York. The O365 Administrator will provide support and management of M365 and Microsoft Azure platform. This role is responsible for implementing, monitoring and maintaining Microsoft Azure solutions, including major services related to Compute, Storage, Network and Security. In addition, Office 365/ Azure Security Administrator will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Office 365 within their organization. This may include things like adding new users, creating groups, setting permissions, troubleshooting issues, etc.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

· Develop and maintain scripts used to manage/support the Office 365 environment for multiple applications

· Manage Microsoft 365 security administration

· Perform application maintenance, e.g., system parameters, user permissions, group policies, etc.

· Provide system support and maintain uptime as defined within the IT acceptable standards

· Develop, maintain and update Microsoft 365 governance documentation

• Serve as a point of contact regarding new requests related to Microsoft applications and solutions to meet business needs

• Support and administer the operations of all Microsoft-based infrastructures as well as projects based on that infrastructure

• Provide IT leadership, engineering consulting support and oversight for all areas of Microsoft related technologies, including Microsoft 365 and associated technology including best practices, security, and configuration

• Plan for and arrange changes, upgrades, data migration, or downtime as necessary and proactively communicate them within our organization
