The Network Configuration Manager will:

The Senior Grants System Configuration and Integration Specialist will support the rapid configuration, integration, testing, and technical troubleshooting of a large Federal grants management system and provide advanced technical support for a high-profile, accelerated client engagement.

**The Opportunity:**
CACI has an exciting and immediate opportunity for a Network and Systems Configuration Management Specialist to support the US Air Force Central Command (AFCENT), Network Operations Security Center (NOSC). This position works at the customer on-site Tier 3 support location at Shaw Air Force Base in South Carolina.
Shaw AFB is conveniently located. A 2-hour drive to the north gets you to Charlotte, NC, to the east is Myrtle Beach, and Charleston, SC is to the south. You'll have access to big city excitement in Columbia, SC, or a quiet beach walk or small-town Southern hospitality.

You'll get to experience leading edge technology as you help the organization sustain and defend the networks our Air Force warfighters use in the CENTCOM theater. **Responsibilities:**
+ Manage Configuration Change Items (CCIs) and baselines. Support Configuration/Change Advisory Board (CAB). Manage CM Communications Task Orders (CTOs). Ensure CM OPR Tabs are accurate and up to date.
+ Manage the Project, Workflow, Requirements, and Resource Plus (PWRR+) (AF3215) system for new requirements and the BMC Remedy ticket system for O&M purchases. Use Microsoft Project Server for project tracking. Serve as manager/consultant for specific functional areas.
+ Work with other sections to evaluate systems and network standard processes for technical accuracy and viability.
+ Manage procurement, licensing, and life cycle of software. Use asset management tools (e.g., SCCM, Solar Winds) for software validation.
+ Develop and maintain facility, network, and systems documentation. Create technical documents, checklists, and reports. Provide oral and written briefs to senior leaders.
+ Provide continuity and on-the-job training.
**Qualifications:**
_Required:_
+ Ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to start date.
+ Associates degree in related field and 3 or more years' relevant experience; or 5 or more years' relevant experience.
+ Relevant experience: Possess experience and demonstrate an understanding with installation of Microsoft Windows Server in Host and Compute Environments, and Windows Server 2012 using server images; Experience with implementation of storage solutions, window containers, high availability, Domain Name Systems (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), network connectivity and remote access solutions, core and distributed network solutions, advance network infrastructure, and maintain and monitor server environments.
+ DoD 8570 IAT II Baseline Certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
+ A+ CE or current equivalent certification
+ ITIL Foundation certification within 60 days of start date.

ABOUT THE POSITION
We're seeking a Dialer Configuration Specialist to optimize our call center performance. You'll co-manage our predictive dialer system, track real-time metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost efficiency-all while ensuring compliance with legal and internal policies.
What You'll Do
- Monitor, configure, and maintain dialer campaigns and call strategies
- Make real-time adjustments to improve agent contact and file reach rates
- Analyze campaign performance and share actionable reports
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, and IT teams to align dialer tactics with business goals
- Support special projects and provide assistance to leadership as needed
What You Bring
- 2+ years administering auto-dialer campaigns
- Experience with dialer tools (Genesys preferred) and SQL reporting
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Understanding of FDCPA, TCPA, and industry regulations
- High school diploma or GED required
- Background in financial services or unsecured debt collections are a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SQL Server Management Studio are a plus.
