Job Description

**Overview**
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Network Manager. This position will be located in Sumter, SC and will be an onsite position.
**Responsibilities**
Provide network operations. The contractor shall:
+ Use AFCENT provided standard network devices for routing and switching;
+ Operate, maintain and sustain IP based routers, switches and standard AFCENT approved operating systems on AFCENT network devices;
+ Configure Tier 2 routing and switching devices IAW SPIN-C.;
+ Design and implement solutions, and install and maintain network equipment to support new and emerging requirements;
+ Provide responsive services, real-time network level configuration control, network restoration, quality control and performance standards, status reporting, MSL, and other actions IAW SPIN-C;
+ Support projects deployed by the NOSC;
+ Ensure network rights and privileges are commensurate with roles and responsibilities; do not delegate network rights and privileges without the approval of the NOSC or local communications squadron commander;
+ Maintain compliance with: SPIN-C, CTOs and NOTAMs, DOD, USAF, CENTCOM, AFCENT, and local instructions;
+ Use Remedy to report and track local and enterprise issues associated with network and systems operations;
+ Monitor and sustain network operations;
+ Assist the government in maintaining positive control over hardware and software;
+ Maintain hardware accountability using the Standard Base Supply System (SBSS) and Asset Inventory Management System (AIMS);
+ Ensure equipment transfer is IAW AFH 22-123 SPSS and Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) policies and directives;
+ Assist government with packing and shipping of equipment;
+ Be responsible for encryption equipment used on the network;
+ Ensure control and safeguarding configuration and 'user-level' maintenance of Ethernet and serial encryption devices;
+ Coordinate with COMSEC manager to ensure approved encryption keys are available for encryption equipment used on the network;
+ Install and maintain network wireless equipment to support new and emerging requirements;
+ Use AFCENT provided wireless network devices for routing and switching;
+ Provide responsive services to include real-time network-level configuration control, wireless network restoration, and quality control and performance standards;
+ Provide a heat map for the area support by AFCENT wireless.
+ Update and submit the Network Configuration Data Sheet (Deliverable) and Tier 2 Network Diagrams (Deliverable) for both NIPR and SIPR every month

**Qualifications**
Required Skills and Experience:
+ High School with 6 - 9 years (or commensurate experience)6 years' experience in: maintenance and operation of medium to large networks; and systems management, monitoring and sustainment;
+ Clearance Required: SECRET
+ CCNA certification
+ Experience on military networks: Cisco routing and switching technologies; managing networks with industry standard platforms, network performance analysis, Cisco IOS network configuration and troubleshooting; establishing new circuit requirements; and documenting network enterprise, developing continuity folders and as-built drawingsPreferred Skills and Experience

**Posted Pay Range**

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the operations and performance of 5–10 fertility clinics in our expanding U.S. network. This is a high-impact, remote-first leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on optimizing systems, managing people, and delivering both clinical quality and patient-centered experience at scale.

You’ll be the link between the head office, clinic staff, and our coaching/therapy ecosystem —ensuring that every site reflects our brand values, operates efficiently, and delivers exceptional care.

Your Mission

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and performance standards across 5–10 fertility clinics
  • Build and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality of care
  • Monitor and report on KPIs across revenue, patient satisfaction, team performance, and clinical success metrics
  • Act as the main liaison between central leadership and local clinic teams , fostering aligned goals and smooth communications
  • Implement and maintain EMR/EHR systems, scheduling, billing , and patient engagement tools
  • Lead recruitment, training, and support for clinic-level staff where needed
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.) and internal brand standards
  • Support integration of I Am Fertility’s therapeutic programs into clinic workflows

Help onboard new clinic partners into the network, supporting expansion and rollout activities

You’ll Succeed in This Role If You…

  • Have 5+ years of healthcare operations or clinic management experience , ideally with multi-site responsibility
  • Have a strong background in fertility, reproductive medicine, women’s health , or a related field
  • Are comfortable working remotely with regional travel as needed to clinic sites
  • Understand U.S. healthcare compliance , licensure, and operational regulations
  • Are confident using EHR/EMR software , CRM systems, and reporting dashboards
  • Possess outstanding communication skills and can work across clinical, administrative, and strategic teams
  • Bring a patient-first mindset with strong attention to experience, empathy, and outcomes
  • Can operate in growth-phase environments where systems are being built and scaled

Client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to assist with projects supporting their global Network Services division. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for helping support Client's global initiatives for physical infrastructure and network services (LAN, WAN and Firewall) upgrades, implementations and deployments. Projects may include: - Manage global Site related projects (new sites, site consolidations, site closures)- work closely with a Physical Infrastructure resource to manage all IT service related activities - Coordinate and manage IT acquisition and divestiture initiatives related to integration and/or separation of IT infrastructure. This includes, but not limited to LAN, WAN and Border (firewall) technologies - Facilitate IS War Rooms and participate in War Room on-call 24x7 rotation Candidates responsibilities will include: - Align with IT business units and associated individuals from other companies as appropriate to plan and schedule IT tasks associated to successful acquisition and divestiture projects. - Provide project management support during weekday and weekend implementation tasks, and hyper care support process for IT implementation tasks. - Be able to produce and maintain status reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, milestones and other documents as part of project delivery. - Maintain and drive closure of open risks, issues, and action item (registers) - Provides primary communication point for all IT components and be point of escalation with other project managers and sponsors. - Escalate plan slippage and/or resource constraints to the leadership - Develop and manages the project plan, including project scope, WBS, development/delivery schedule, resource requirements and integration efforts - Budgeting and Control - Responsible for putting together, tracking and adhering to project budgets. Familiarity and knowledge of all project budget components is a must. - Communicate with designated users or point persons on schedules, testing requirements and integration support associated to IT tasks. - Communicate with 3rd party service providers and IT hardware and software vendors as needed to support IT tasks. - Support weekend and off hours infrastructure migration projects, including 'HyperCare' shift rotations.

We are looking for an experienced Network/Systems Manager to join our team in Livermore, California. This is Network/Systems Manager a Contract-to-Permanent position offering an opportunity to lead and oversee critical network operations while collaborating with management and technical teams. The ideal Network/Systems Manager will take ownership of network systems, provide strategic recommendations for improvements, and ensure seamless technology operations across multiple sites. This is an onsite position sitting in Livermore, Ca.
The ideal Network/Systems Manager will have Palo Alto firewall experience, strong Cisco networking skills, and a background in Active Directory, VMware, and Google Workspace. The Network/Systems Manager will also help manage security in collaboration with our managed security provider, including patch management, configurations, and oversight of new firewall deployment. Experience with Cisco VoIP systems-particularly in design and configuration-is preferred.
When the current manager is out, this Network/Systems Manager role will act as the primary liaison to upper management, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to present clearly to executives. You will also be the go-to person for staff when issues arise, ensuring problems are addressed quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
-Key Responsibilities
+ Oversee the network and virtual server environments, ensuring reliable and secure operations across all sites.
+ Administer LAN/WAN infrastructure including Cisco network equipment, virtualization platforms (VMware), Active Directory, user accounts, and network services.
+ Manage and configure firewalls (Palo Alto) and coordinate with security providers for patching, monitoring, and threat mitigation.
+ Oversee deployment of new network and security hardware, including upcoming firewall projects.
+ Configure and support Cisco VoIP systems, including design and implementation.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
+ Evaluate requests for technical assistance, determine appropriate actions, and assign resources accordingly.
+ Collaborate with leadership to plan short- and long-term technology upgrades, replacements, and system improvements.
+ Design and optimize network architectures (e.g., VLAN, VPN, routing, content filtering, QoS, IDS/IPS, etc.) for high performance and security.
+ Install and update network software, service packs, and security patches across multiple platforms.
+ Monitor servers, appliances, and network devices to ensure proper performance and availability.
+ Lead technology projects, including migrations, new implementations, and product evaluations, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
+ Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to complete projects and resolve issues efficiently.
+ Prepare documentation including network maps, technical reports, procedures, and recommendations for improvements.
+ Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices to inform purchasing and operational strategies.
+ Act as a primary contact for management, providing updates, reports, and recommendations.
Requirements
Technical Expertise:
+ 5+ years of experience in network administration or IT infrastructure management.
+ Strong knowledge of Cisco networking (switches, routers, LAN/WAN).
+ Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewall configuration and management.
+ Experience managing VMware virtual server environments.
+ Proficiency in Active Directory administration.
+ Cisco VoIP configuration and design experience.
+ Familiarity with Google Workspace administration.
Security & Systems Management:
+ Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and patch management.
