Responsibilities

    • Operations Network Support - script development, device configuration management, system administration, hardware support,
  • Solution design, development, integration and enhancements to meet the business needs and project requirements.
  • Documenting and developing operational procedures and provides end user support.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Computer Systems, Management Information Systems or related field from an accredited university. OR Relative experience in system management for network engineering.
  • Demonstrated Associate level experience with Network Engineering.
  • Experience with networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS). Solid knowledge of OSI or TCP/IP models.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools.
  • Experience with cloud environments

Skills

  • Proficiency with advanced networking protocols including IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, and Quality of Service (QoS) implementations
  • Strong foundational knowledge of OSI and TCP/IP networking models
  • Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools, diagnostic software, and analytics platforms
  • Practical experience working in cloud computing environments
