Job Summary
This hybrid role combines hands-on technical operations with strategic solution development in a network infrastructure environment. The position requires a versatile professional who can manage day-to-day network operations while designing and implementing solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for the following:
- Operations Network Support - script development, device configuration management, system administration, hardware support,
- Solution design, development, integration and enhancements to meet the business needs and project requirements.
- Documenting and developing operational procedures and provides end user support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Computer Systems, Management Information Systems or related field from an accredited university. OR Relative experience in system management for network engineering.
- Demonstrated Associate level experience with Network Engineering.
- Experience with networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS). Solid knowledge of OSI or TCP/IP models.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools.
- Experience with cloud environments
- Proficiency with advanced networking protocols including IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, and Quality of Service (QoS) implementations
- Strong foundational knowledge of OSI and TCP/IP networking models
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools, diagnostic software, and analytics platforms
- Practical experience working in cloud computing environments

**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
In this role, you will:
+ Quickly respond and resolve critical service outages.
+ Assist in establishment of performance baseline, capacity thresholds, correlate events, and define monitoring/alerting criteria.
+ Develop automated solutions to address potential problems before they result in a service interruption.
+ Perform basic network troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity issues across WAN and LAN environments.
+ Execute WAN/LAN patching tasks, including cable management and configuration updates.
