The Emerging Country Network Topology Planning team is looking for a talented Network Planning Manager who will create solutions to optimize multi-year network topology design, and continuously improve inbound, transportation planning process for emerging markets. Team scope includes emerging countries long-term Network Topology and strategic planning for Mexico, Brazil, Australia, Middle East, Turkey, South Africa, Singapore and new countries. As a team player, you have an opportunity to work with some of the best supply chain professionals, tech teams, worldwide engineers, operations managers, finance partners, and business leaders across the continents to design optimal supply chain network solutions with an objective to solve the conflicting objectives and achieve the best customer experience in the most cost-efficient way. Key job responsibilities
- Lead projects across cross-functional teams focused on adoption of a new feature, service, product, or system that meet cost optimization and delivery experience maximization goals.
- Lead Inbound and transportation network planning and topology design projects, working with cross-functional teams to develop network expansion solutions that meet cost optimization and delivery speed acceleration goals.
- Understand various businesses' supply chain strategies and explore new technologies to bring into the network. Partner with established markets to benchmark best practices and tools for Inbound and Trans, drive implementation / adoption for emerging and new countries.
- Coordinate and gather requirements from multiple partner teams to develop long-term network solutions for a 3-5 year planning horizon.
- Communicate and drive initiatives, actively work to remove bottlenecks and create scalable mechanisms, using Supply Chain knowledge to influence process enhancements.
- Effectively influence stakeholders, drive clear, precise, and regular communication with stakeholders to include ongoing project/program status.
- Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in the process, identify inefficiencies and deviations from strategy, analyze trade-offs, recommend solves, and influence partner teams to execute.

The Senior NOP Analyst position in USG’s Global Supply Chain organization is responsible for developing network optimization planning (NOP) processes and models, capacity planning and distribution analysis for multiple product families across all lines of business to ensure USG’s supply network satisfies customer demand at the lowest optimal cost.

**Position Summary:**
This position is responsible for creating and managing the supply plan for all the SKUs within the CP Skin Health Group, utilizing SAP systems and MRP tools. The SNP Manager will ensure on-time supply of finished goods by collaborating closely with External Manufacturers (EMs) and managing purchase orders, forecasts, and potential supply issues. The SNP Manager will have one direct report that is responsible for the planning and purchase of the components and coordination of shipment of these components to EMs based on the supply plan.

**Responsibilities** :
+ **Supply Plan Management:** Create and manage the supply plan for all SKUs within the CP Skin Health Group using SAP and MRP tools.
+ **External Manufacturer Collaboration:** Work closely with External Manufacturers (EMs) to send and confirm supply plans, manage purchase orders (POs), and provide long-term forecasts to ensure continuous supply.
+ **Order and Forecast Management:** Run MRP, review production forecasts, make manual adjustments, and release POs for firm periods and 12-month rolling forecasts. Communicate with EMs for PO confirmations and updates.
+ **Component and Inventory Oversight:** Ensure timely shipment and availability of components for production. Manage inventory levels, identify slow-moving or obsolete (SLOB) inventory, and propose action plans to minimize scraps for both materials and finished goods.
+ **Issue Resolution and Escalation:** Manage alerts for supply shortages, accelerate or postpone/cancel POs as needed, and escalate limitations or cost implications (e.g., cancellation fees, material liabilities, air-freight costs) for approval.
+ **Financial and Reporting Responsibilities:** Ensure timely payments to EMs for production and testing. Run monthly SLOB reports for finished goods to inform commercial teams and suggest discontinuations for low-consumption SKUs.
