Our client is seeking a Network Support Specialist to join their team! This role provides direct technical support for desktop systems, phones, and firm applications. Responsibilities include deploying and upgrading hardware, managing patch updates, configuring phones, and assisting with application installations. The specialist will also coordinate equipment moves, support summer associates, track subscriptions and expenses, and serve as a backup for network admin tasks. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, responsiveness, and the ability to work closely with IT and facilities teams. This position is located in Irvine, CA (4-5 days a week on-site) and the base salary for this position is $105,000 - $112,000.

Serves established network providers, focusing on payor issue resolution.
