Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the network team, providing prioritization, coaching, and performance feedback

Manage and prioritize network-related incidents, requests, and changes through the ServiceNow ticketing system

Ensure network support services deliver exceptional customer service to clinical, administrative, and support teams

Ensure the monitoring of network performance and proactive actions to minimize impact on patient care and business operations

Ensure the implementation of network diagrams, documentation, and asset tracking in ServiceNow and internal repositories

Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams to implement and enforce network access controls, auditing, and threat detection

Serve as an escalation point for responding to network outages and critical incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and communication

Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing for critical healthcare infrastructure

Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to support and maintain network services
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business or related field of study plus 4 years of experience in enterprise network administration or engineering to include 2+ years of IT team leadership or supervisory experience
OR
- Associates degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent degree plus 6 years of experience in enterprise network administration or engineering to include 2+ years of IT team leadership or supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:

Position Summary:
The System and Network Supervisor plays a dual role: leading the internal IT operations and team while remaining actively involved in hands-on technical execution. This role is responsible for supervising all aspects of IT infrastructure—including servers, networking, endpoints, Office 365, and virtualization environments—while also overseeing vendor relationships, software licensing, and tool administration across the company.
This position includes managing a remote IT team, including an SAP specialist (no SAP expertise required), and ensuring seamless support for both internal and external customers. The Supervisor will act as a bridge between leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure high service quality and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities: Team and Operations Management
Supervise and coach a geographically distributed IT team, including desktop support, infrastructure specialists, and an SAP specialist.
Conduct 1:1s, set priorities, ensure accountability, and support career development within the IT team.
Coordinate and oversee onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring timely provisioning/deprovisioning of hardware, software, and system access.
Ensure strong internal customer service and adherence to security protocols.
Maintain documentation and procedures for internal IT operations.
Technical Hands-On Responsibilities
Provide direct technical support for internal infrastructure systems, networks, desktops, Google and Office 365 administration.
Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, and network file shares.
Support and maintain virtualization environments (e.g., VMware), and monitor data center/server performance.
Manage endpoint configurations, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and their accessories. Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for incidents and service issues.
Tooling, Licensing, and Asset Oversight
Administer and maintain company-wide IT tools, platforms, and software licensing compliance.
Manage RMM/PSA tools and asset tracking systems to ensure visibility and control of IT resources. Partner with procurement and finance to maintain licensing inventories and renewal schedules.
Collaboration & Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for IT operations and infrastructure inquiries from internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and third-party providers as needed.
Support research and evaluation of emerging technologies to improve system reliability and performance.
Position Requirements
Technical skills
6 years minimum relevant IT work experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools (Zendesk or Monday.com preferred);
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 and its included applications and productivity tools (including MS Teams, Sharepoint, etc.), Windows environments, Active Directory, Group Policies, etc.
Working knowledge of Google Office Products, including email.
The ability to create succinct and accurate documents, incorporating text and technical design diagrams.
ITIL certification is preferred but not required.
