We are seeking a Software Engineer to support multi-model content triage working with neural networks, transformers, and Python. This position supports the research and development of entity, event and topic identification and correlation across multimedia inputs (image, audio, and text in multiple languages).
Requirements
A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Seven (7) years' experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four additional (4) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

About the Product – Process Vision
Process Vision is an AI-powered process monitoring solution that uses wireless or IP-based cameras to observe plant floor activities. The system anonymizes people in the video feed using image pre-processing, then streams the footage to a cloud-based large language model (LLM). Users define use cases via free form prompts and may also provide reference documents, videos, or images to help the AI identify process non-conformances.
Position Summary
EASE is seeking a highly motivated AI Development Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help implement work on our AI-powered Process Vision product; a cutting-edge solution that uses live camera feeds and LLMs to detect non-conformances on the plant floor. You'll work directly with product management, R&D, and customers to help develop our cutting-edge Process Vision offering.

Annual Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and launch new products from the ground up, as well as maintain and enhance early-stage solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate closely with the Process Vision development team to improve product performance, scalability, and reliability
