Shift Supervisor/Intake Worker

• Provide for shift coverage and be on call nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be flexible and accept changes to assignment/schedule.
• Implementing preventive measures through crisis intervention and conflict resolution modalities
• Implement proper recording and reporting systems for consumer and staff safety
• Prepare incident reports
• Conduct curfew checks
• Conduct building inspections and rounds
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Associates or better.

• Some experience in the field of safety and working with at-risk adults.
• Must acquire Fire Safety and Fire Coordinator Certificate, CPR/1 Aid and Crisis Intervention/Conflict Resolution Training and State Certification.
• Must possess good writing and communication skills.
