Conduct outreach activities and events to promote National Louis University within the high schools to ensure the university is being properly recommended to graduating seniors. Maintain records of all activities and key contacts.
- Group Presentations and Events: Conduct presentations to groups of high school students in their classrooms at high school to promote inquiries and applications. Host on campus events for students including open houses, admit day, orientations, and start of class.
- Managing Pipeline of Incoming Students: Conduct individual student appointments and group admissions events to guide prospective students through the process of becoming a student at National Louis University through a variety of stages from inquiry to start, including FAFSA processing and helping the students maintain their commitments and interest.
- Monitor systems tasks list to ensure all inquires and tasks are completed in a timely manner. Accurately document and record each contact using the CRM system to ensure a smooth transition of applicant data.
- Bachelor's degree, strongly preferred. Those without a degree but with significant experience directly related to the role will also be considered
- Bilingual in Spanish, strongly preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service related position
- Working knowledge of technology including Microsoft Office Systems, CRMs (i.e. Salesforce), and social media tools
