The TULA Operations Team is looking for a motivated Quality Manager. This role reports to the VP, Operations. This role is based in New York City, with some regular travel for business to contract manufacturers.

The Tula Brand Quality Systems Manager is responsible for implementing and monitoring all applicable Quality Management Systems and related activities. The candidate is qualified in all aspects of Quality as it relates to tasks needing to be completed for the brand and the contract manufacturers.

Responsibilities for Quality Manager:

  • Leads the PDCA cycle related to right-sized Quality Systems and their CMs, DCs and FCs
  • Owns specific inputs of the quarterly Quality Council with Senior Leadership (e.g. scorecard)
  • Ensures the brand is compliant with the applicable regulations for the product and countries of sale (e.g. drug minimum requirements, cosmetic product listing & facility registration)
  • Serves as the Quality Technical resource
  • Assesses Quality systems effectiveness
  • Improves Site Quality results
  • Builds capability on brand business leaders and multi-functional partners.
  • Has the responsibility for quality related knowledge, tools, and systems

Qualifications:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a competitive annual bonus with possibility for achievement based on performance and company results.   • Interact with members to enhance their workouts and overall club experience
  • Create and coach personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients
  • Maintain an organized and safe fitness floor during shifts and sessions

Professional Development

  • Attend Continuing Education classes to elevate knowledge and qualify for promotions
  • Attend and participate in any required one-on-one or team meetings with management

Qualifications
  • Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through certification reimbursement program.
    • Eligibility to begin a higher Tier & pay rate based on previous experience and education (Degree in the field)
  • Current CPR/AED certification 
    • Certification opportunities available for non-certified applicants 
  • Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness
  • Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Basic computer and technology skills
  • Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful

AS A PERSONAL TRAINER OF THE EQUINOX TEAM YOU WILL RECEIVE:

  • Compensation for time spent in internal education to support your growth as a Personal Trainer and professional
  • Premier facilities with functional training areas, top-of-the-line strength and cardio equipment, and more
  • Access to our company discounts with various certifying bodies and countless seminars/workshops for CEU credits
