Job Title: IFS Cloud Solution Architect – Mining Industry
Duration: Long Term Contract
Location: Tampa, FL - Remote
Direct Client Need
Position Summary:
A highly experienced IFS Cloud Solution Architect with deep domain expertise in the mining industry to lead a greenfield ERP transformation initiative. The Solution Architect will guide our customer in aligning their business processes with IFS Cloud’s out-of-the-box functionalities, minimizing customizations and maximizing operational efficiency.
This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in Order to Cash, Engineer to Order, Inventory and Production Visibility, Capacity Planning, and Customer Experience Enhancement through portals in IFS Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Lead the solution architecture design for IFS Cloud implementation tailored to mining industry operations.
- Analyze and map customer’s current processes to IFS Cloud standard capabilities, recommending process optimizations. Customer expects that their business processes be mapped to IFS Cloud functionalities to the maximum extent possible, rather than going in for Customizing the solution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into system requirements.
- Design and implement solutions majorly for:
- Order to Cash and Engineer to Order workflows.
- Real-time inventory visibility and production metrics reporting.
- Capacity planning and forecasting.
- Customer portals for enhanced order visibility and experience.
- Provide functional leadership during implementation, testing, and go-live phases.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and change management strategies.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams (and IFS product experts).
Qualifications
- 5 to 6 years of experience in IFS Applications / IFS Cloud, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
- Proven experience in solution architecture for ERP systems with deep domain knowledge in the mining or heavy industries.
- Strong understanding of IFS modules including:
- Manufacturing
- Supply Chain
- Project Management
- Customer Order Management
- Inventory and Warehouse Management
- Familiarity with IFS Cloud’s Aurena interface, Lifecycle Experience, and IFS Portal capabilities.
- Ability to design solutions using IFS out-of-the-box functionalities with minimal / zero customization.
- Capability working on high impact greenfield ERP transformation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Job Summary:
A prominent underground zinc mining operation is seeking an Industrial Electrician Supervisor to lead and manage its electrical team. This role is ideal for someone with strong electrical troubleshooting skills and leadership experience who is excited to oversee a talented team in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the electrical team, ensuring the daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks, maintaining inventory and ordering necessary materials for projects.
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairing electrical components, including PLC panels, drives, motors, transformers, pumps, generators, and VFDs.
- Work with diverse electrical components, including 4-20 mA, 4160, 13.8, AC up to 480v, 5kva, and DC voltages.
- Interpret and follow electrical schematics and prints.
- Provide hands-on assistance both underground and on the surface as needed.
- Develop knowledge in hoisting and crushing operations and troubleshoot these systems as required.
- Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency with PLCs, DC/AC drives, and experience in electrical troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with other department managers and team members.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions to perform tasks safely and efficiently.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
