JOB RESPONSIBILITES

Monitor the sports world on a daily basis. The performance of leagues, teams, and players directly impact the merchandise buying decisions.

Assist in creating Industry Leading Product Assortments for all leagues and all categories.

Work with the management team to interpret data sets to assist with key business decisions

Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships. Research and resolve vendor issues.

Collaborate with other buying/planning teams for assistance with hot market and major sporting events

Work collaboratively with advertising staff and allocation team to ensure that all ad orders are properly allocated

Prepare, organize and run the creation of new products.

Work on special projects as assigned by Buyer and or Merchandise Manager

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Proactive, energetic, hard-working, intellectually curious and results-oriented

Team player who can work effectively in a fast paced environment

Solid negotiation skills and highly developed problem solving skills required

Comfort working with all employee levels - from executives to the warehouse associates

Chat Sports is expanding prior to the 2025 football season, and we're seeking to add another talented On-Air Host to our team to cover the NFL. Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of the NFL and have a strong camera presence with the ability to speak on several topics per show in a live setting. This role will work from our brand new 11,000 sq ft. downtown Dallas HQ that now has 16 production studios.

During the 2025 NFL season, you will work with Producers across several of our newer team-focused NFL YouTube shows to host multiple videos per day on a broad range of topics.

Chat Sports launched on YouTube in 2019 with 3 shows and has grown to 40 shows over the last 6 years. We are a leading live and on-demand sports video entertainment network on YouTube that caters to dedicated fan bases of NFL, NBA, and college football teams. IMPORTANT: This position is based in Dallas, TX , and requires working in our live production studio in downtown Dallas. Weekend and evening work is expected. The Role: We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to serve as On-Air Host for daily videos on several NFL teams. If you consider yourself an encyclopedia of current and historical NFL knowledge, this job is for you. 

Responsibilities as an On-Air Host:
- Serve as the face and voice of each show you appear on, bringing energy, insight, and passion to every broadcast
- Develop and deliver compelling content that informs, entertains, and engages your audience
- Collaborate with the show Producer on script development, graphics creation, and show planning to ensure a seamless and dynamic viewer experience

Requirements:
- Deep current and historical knowledge of the NFL, with the ability to cover a wide range of topics and storylines
- Current experience hosting a podcast, radio, TV or YouTube show and the ability to deliver content engagingly and confidently without a teleprompter
- Unique and consistent social media presence
- Deep, and broad, knowledge of NFL news and current storylines
- A strong understanding of the NFL offseason (free agency, NFL Draft, roster cuts, etc.)
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliable
- Organizational skills and the ability to work under constant deadlines
- A self-starter attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work weekends and evenings, especially during football season (preseason through Super Bowl)

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing operational plans and budgets for league seasons; overseeing logistics for team travel, accommodations, and event venues; managing relationships with venue operators, vendors, and service providers; ensuring compliance with league rules, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements; coordinating with team management on player personnel logistics and support; overseeing the implementation of new operational technologies and systems; developing and implementing strategies for fan engagement and event experience enhancement; and leading and mentoring a team of operations professionals. You will also be responsible for crisis management and contingency planning.

A Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sports operations management, preferably within a professional sports league, team, or major event organization, is essential. Proven experience in logistics management, event planning, budget management, and vendor relations is critical. Strong understanding of sports league structures, regulations, and operational best practices is necessary. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are vital. Allied Universal® Event Services is looking to hire Event Security. This position is responsible for checking bags, enforcing access control and implementing policies and procedures for the safety of the guests and owners, while providing superior customer service for the best guest experience.
**ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** : Those duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
+ Allow appropriate entry into each venue, may collect and/or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct traffic coming in and out of the venue.
+ Screen guests during entry via bag searching, hand wand or metal detector, and ID verification.
+ Protect guests, staff, and venue ownership group assets by watching for security breaches at vital checkpoints.
+ Respond quickly to potential crowd control issues and provide escorts for unruly guests when ejections are warranted.
+ Demonstrate an understanding of the policies, procedures and regulations of different venues, facilities and events.
+ Provide a positive experience for guests as they arrive at your facility entrance, aisle, concourse area or other location
+ Provide guests with helpful directions and/or suggestions that will enhance their entertainment experience.
**QUALIFICATIONS** : To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. + Must be 18 years of age or older.
+ Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
