Total Facility Solutions/Exentec Installation Services is currently seeking a Specialist, Union Worker Operations at our location in Plano, TX. This role is responsible for providing general administrative support and communication between all TFS project sites and the payroll department regarding all Union employee subject matter, while maintaining the flow of confidential information both internally and externally.

- Assists with positive, timely, and professional communication for key internal and external stakeholders
- Organizes, prepares, and maintains accurate and up-to-date confidential correspondence, documents, and files
- Maintain daily Tracker log and intra-Teams files
- Process Background check paperwork
- Process all Union employee paperwork from all the various jobsites
- Assist with Monthly Union benefits
- Input weekly Oracle payroll
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Total Facility Solutions leadership and peers
- Research on union-related matters to develop interpretation of intent, spirit, and terms of contracts
- Other duties as required
- Associate degree or related field experience
- 3+ years' experience
- Prior experience in Construction is preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the capacity to maintain information confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must have exceptional communication skills, including writing and verbal skills to interface effectively with all levels of leadership and staff (e.g., memo, correspondence, and email)
- Familiar with corporate accounting standards
- Knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)

Job Overview:
This position selects product for shipping in the manual portion of the grocery warehouse using a double pallet jack and audio pick direction (vo-collect). Responsibilities include filling customer orders for warehouse merchandise in a timely and efficient manner in compliance with established safety and production standards. The order selector is responsible for the accurate identification, selection and transfer of product to the appropriate loading area. Emphasis is on safety, accuracy; damage control and overall warehouse cleanliness. Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Receives, stores, and/or selects various grocery, perishable, and general merchandise products or supplies from warehouse stock.
- Transports product throughout the warehouse via pallet jack of forklift.
- Works in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.

Job Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilizes advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings,
industrial systems, vehicles, equipment and grounds. Working under limited supervision, monitors
building system operations and performance. Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing,
electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to
building operations and work safety.
Inspects building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is
within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.
Oversees and inspects the work performed by outside contractors. Contracted work includes
landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbers, and cleaning.
Performs assigned repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair
records as required.
Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders
necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
Maintains an energy management program to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems in the
most efficient manner to keep operating costs at a minimum.
Maintains the building lighting system, including element and ballast repairs or replacements.
Performs welding, carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.
Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical
guidance and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate work and assign tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Service and repair garbage trucks and trailers.
Perform assigned repairs and preventative maintenance tasks on the fleet.
Complete all required paperwork using fleet maintenance software, including repairs, parts usage, and repair times.
Perform MIG welding tasks.
Use laptop and chassis diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues and test drive trucks after repairs or service.
Effectively communicate with drivers regarding morning and afternoon issues.
Understand service schedules and repairs.
Keep the shop clean and organized, adhering to safety standards.
Conduct regular equipment safety checks and maintain service inventory.
Review and address repairs listed on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR).
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by corporate policies and OSHA standards.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy truck equipment maintenance and repair is preferred.
Must have a basic tool set, toolbox, and necessary personal safety equipment.
Proficient in basic computer skills and experience with diagnostic software and laptops.
Experience with diesel diagnostic software such as Cummins INSITE, Davie-4, Allison DOC, and Detroit Diesel Diagnostic Software is highly desirable.
Class B CDL is preferred but not required.
Welding experience required.
Required to maneuver in and around vehicles to perform routine maintenance and repair tasks.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted required.

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Union Welder! If you have welding experience coupled with a commitment to great customer service, this is the position for you!
Schedule: M-F 6:00am-2:30pm
The pay rate for this role is $32/hour and may be flexible depending on experience.
Responsibilities:- Weld outlets onto steel pipe to serve the fire sprinkler industry
- Perform specialty welding tasks; spool pieces, flanges, etc.
- Inspects work for defects, dimensions, alignment, end preparations, and seam splits in pipe
- Maintain a clean and safe welding station while conforming to Ferguson's standards of quality and performance
- Reports all equipment malfunctions, safety issues, and required repairs
- 1-5 years welding experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
- Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
