Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative visual merchandising concepts and guidelines that align with brand aesthetics and seasonal campaigns.
- Create compelling in-store displays, window presentations, and floor layouts to maximize product visibility and sales impact.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and retail operations teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual presentation.
- Source and procure props, fixtures, and materials necessary for visual displays, managing budgets effectively.
- Develop visual merchandising training materials and conduct virtual training sessions for store teams.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends, competitor activities, and visual merchandising best practices.
- Develop and manage detailed visual merchandising plans and timelines for all new store openings and renovations.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual standards across all physical and digital retail touchpoints.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, fixture suppliers, and graphic production houses.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in visual merchandising, with a significant focus on fashion retail. A strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful visual merchandising projects is required. Excellent understanding of color theory, space planning, and design principles. Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is highly desirable. Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills are essential for this remote role. Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to inspire and guide teams from a distance. This is a remote-first position.
