Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst to join our Executive Protection (EP) team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in analytical work, protective intelligence, and open-source intelligence (OSINT). This role requires establishing and maintaining a local network with intelligence elements of Defense Industrial Base (DIB) industry partners and providing comprehensive support to the EP team using data mining and analytical tools.

This position will be located in Falls Church, VA out of our corporate office location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a network with intelligence elements of DIB partners in the Washington, D.C. area.

• Facilitate information sharing and collaboration among DIB partners to enhance protective intelligence capabilities.

• Assist with protective intelligence assessments to identify potential threats to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

• Utilize OSINT and other intelligence sources to gather relevant data and provide actionable insights.

• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and potential security risks.

• Assist the EP team with the use of data mining and analytical tools.

• Provide real-time analytical support to the EP team for incident response and investigations.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of incidents of concern, including voicemails, emails, unwanted mail, and other communications.

• Track and document incidents for follow-up investigations and trend analysis.

• Ensure all documentation is secure, confidential, and readily accessible for authorized personnel.

• Work closely with the EP team to provide comprehensive security support for the ELT.

• Participate in regular briefings and meetings to update the team on current threat levels and intelligence findings.

• Assist in the development and implementation of security protocols and procedures based on intelligence assessments.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or Masters degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or Associates degree and 12+ years of relevant experience; a High School diploma and 14+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.

• Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret level security clearance as a condition of continued employment.

• Proven experience in analytical roles within the DIB, with a focus on protective intelligence.

• Extensive experience with OSINT and the use of analytical and data mining tools.

• Prior experience in establishing networks and collaborative relationships with intelligence elements.

Salary Range: $109,900 - $164,900

cFocus Software is seeking a Program Manager to join our program supporting USDOT in Washington, DC. This role has remote capabilities. Qualifications: Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field CompTIA Security+CE & Project Management Professional (PMP) certification 10+ years of Federal Program/Project Management experience 10+ years of experience leading a Program of 30+ FTEs Duties: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of a program or project. Responsible for setting objectives, allocating resources, managing stakeholders, and ensuring that the program meets its goals within the specified timeframe and budget. Participate in regular project meetings called by DOT project or technical managers to discuss current status, specifications, work plans, schedules, and related topics. Introduction of Contractor and Government staff. Create meeting schedules and determine agreement on initial delivery dates. Conduct presentations and briefings directly related to projects with various audiences, as requested by the Government. Coordinate with DOT staff as needed to prepare meetings and presentations, ensuring access to DOT collaboration tools (i.e. Teams, Zoom, conference rooms, etc.) necessary for on-site and off-site communication and project meetings. Provide a monthly report that describes the work completed for all task orders under the BPA. Provide strategic direction and planning dictated by industry best practices and the needs of DOT. Support web governance by developing and maintaining documentation, attending, and facilitating governance meetings, and providing logistical support. Preparation and update of Project Management Plans. Weekly/Bi-weekly Status Reporting. Ad Hoc Status Reporting. Monthly Project Cost Reporting. Sprint Schedule Reporting. Earned Value Management Reporting, where appropriate. Technical Interchange Meetings. Participation in the development of a Risk Mitigation Plan. Creation and management of the Project Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). Creation and management of the Project Risk Register. Providing information as needed for information security solutions and certification. Assistance to annual security assessment inquiries in coordination with the Government. Analysis on issues to determine resolutions and communication to customers and users. Update on user manuals, videos, and other training and support materials as needed. Interface with business owners for assistance with system and reporting as needed. Interface with DOT ITSS and other DOT service providers to identify and troubleshoot issues.
