+ Will work with Engineering and support organizations to analyze proposals with respect to cost/risk/quality, lead source selections and negotiation teams, and monitor subcontract costs, schedules, and technical performance.

What You Bring:
+ Bachelor or Master's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering preferred (or equivalent).

+ A minimum of 10 years related experience in the Defense and Aerospace
+ Experience in working with the Defense and Aerospace customer community and in serving as a principal point of contact to key military and commercial customers
+ Should have experience with customer communications, negotiations and proposal management

**Description:** This position is for a senior member of an ADP Systems Engineering team, providing support across the entire product line including both new and existing programs. The candidate will be part of a fast paced, dynamic environment supporting state of the art technical solutions.

· The successful candidate will have extensive experience across the spectrum of Mission Systems as well as general Systems Engineering activities.
· The candidate will guide other engineering personnel in the development, decomposition, tracking and verification of requirements, chair Functional Configuration Audits, be an advocate for timely and accurate risk assessments and execute risk abatement efforts. Additional responsibilities include development of supplier specifications, technical planning, and requirements verification.

· The candidate will have experience authoring and managing Statements of Work (SOWs) and Engineering Requirements Documents (ERDs) for Subcontracts and Vendors.
· The candidate should have experience with Earned Value Measurement Systems (EVMS), be an established technical leader, a veteran of systems engineering and/or systems engineering processes, have experience leading elements of a product or system, and have an ability to think creatively and individually.
· Experience across multiple phases of a product lifecycle, to include development, production, and sustainment is desired.

**Description:** The Cyber Systems Security Engineer Staff will be responsible for leading a team of fellow engineers in the designing, assembly, integration, and maintenance of System Integration Lab (SIL), particularly focusing on network planning, hardware installation, software integration support, verification, and validation of system functionality.
In addition to designing and building the SIL the applicant will be responsible for ensuring the SIL is NIST/RMF/JSIG compliant and assist in the submitting of an ATO package.
They will be involved in solving complex problems associated with both the hardware and software systems. Work will also include modification, and maintenance of system drawings (network architecture, layout, cable drawings, rack drawings).
- Perform and manage system integration, test and troubleshooting of various hardware/software configurations
- Installing, and managing of equipment in server racks and updating the inventory
- Establish Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL)/Closed-Loop development and testing in the Systems Integration Lab (SIL)
- Participate in technical exchange meetings, interface with customers (internal/external) and contributing to a broad range of program deliverables.
- Integrating hardware from sub-system teams, interface with other elements, and the system and segment level teams
- Apply the principles of engineering to design components and systems using applicable standards and specifications
- Maintain design documentation and follow configuration management requirements
- Strong and proven effective communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
**Basic Qualifications:**
