Responsibilities
- Manage patient care needs in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment.

- Monitor and document vital signs, lab results, and overall patient progress.
- Administer medications, including anti-seizure and anticoagulant therapies.
- Implement mobilization techniques and manage assistive devices.

- Assist with wound care and nutrition management, including feeding tubes.
- Participate in patient safety initiatives to reduce fall risks and prevent infection.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of acute inpatient rehabilitation experience.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Experience with the Epic charting system preferred.
- Knowledge of neurological conditions, including CVA and TBI.
- Ability to interpret laboratory results and perform medication reconciliation.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in CVOR, specifically in open heart surgeries.

Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Qualifications :
-Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a CVOR RN is preferred, but we are open to exceptional candidates with a strong passion.
-Valid certification and/or licensure in the state of practice, if applicable.
-Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure, especially during stressful and fast-paced moments in the healthcare setting.
-Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between assignment locations.
-Ability to pass a background check and drug screen to meet healthcare industry standards.
