Amentum is seeking Observers to perform entry control actions at Offutt Air Force Base and will be responsible for continuous knowledge of the location of employees under his/her control. The Observer will ensure adequate observation and physical control of construction workers regardless of whether observation is of pedestrian construction personnel, construction vehicles or oversight of special construction items/equipment.   • Shall have the ability to meet and deal successfully with the general public.
  • Shall understand and apply printed rules, detailed orders, instructions, and training materials to their assigned duties.
  • Shall have the ability to maintain poise and self-control under stress.
  • Shall have the ability to conduct "Stop & Question" of person's found in closed and locked areas, parking lots and throughout the construction site after hours and on weekends/holidays to ensure no criminal activity has or is taking place.

**MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**

+ High School diploma required

+ 1 year of experience related to patient care or psychiatric training preferred or

+ less than 1 year (six months) of nursing education preferred

+ Or equivalent combination of education and experience
