Truck Bodies & Equipment International (TBEI), a leading manufacturer of dump bodies, end-dump trailers, landscape bodies, containers, roll-off systems, truck bodies, platforms, hoists, and truck and trailer equipment and accessories; is looking for motivated people who want to learn a trade and start a new career.

We offer a fully-paid Welding School program where we pay you to learn to weld! NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!

This program is taught by an American Welding Society Certified Weld Inspector and is typically 80 hours, or 2 weeks in length. During welding school, you'll be paid $16 per hour while you're learning to weld. At the end of the 2 week program, upon successful completion of a weld demo, you'll receive an offer of promotion to our Welder position with a starting pay of $2 per hour.

Once in your full-time welder position, you'll receive quarterly pay increases until you reach our professional pay level. Once you've reached the professional pay level, you'll enter our annual merit review and increase program, where the average increase for 2022 was 4%.
