**Job Description:**
**Summary**
This position ensures physical inventory counts are completed and recorded. This person will work closely with the Production department to ensure product is available for shipments.
**Responsibilities**
- Must be able to work closely with the Production Scheduler to develop and improve current cycle count methods.
- Must be able to identify and implement root cause of inventory inaccuracies and help implement corrective actions opportunities.
- Must maintain daily cycle counts and inventory accuracy to improve inventory turns.
- Work closely with the Operations and Purchasing Departments to ensure a resolution to inventory errors in a timely matter.
- Record and track performance measurement as directed by the manager.
- Conduct audits for 5S and Safety.
- Must be able to stand for entire shift of 8 hours, work overtime and weekends to meet business demands.

- Must maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow required safety regulations.

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in inventory management and a strong understanding of cycle counting processes. **Job Summary**
The Cycle Manager is responsible for managing the cycle plan for on line work management. This position manages the baseline schedule of surveillances and preventive maintenance items based on the 13 week template over the rolling fuel cycle interval. Responsibilities include but are not limited to developing/overseeing the plan for addition of corrective maintenance, modifications, and other approved work items to the baseline schedule of surveillances and preventive maintenance work. The Cycle Manager also manages restraints to the planned work, with close coordination and alignment with the budget, and management for major equipment maintenance windows over upcoming fuel cycles.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for managing the cycle plan for on line work management. Manages the baseline schedule of surveillances and preventive maintenance items based on the 13 week template over the rolling fuel cycle interval. Develops/oversees the plan for addition of corrective maintenance, modifications, and other approved work items to the baselineschedule.
+ Chairs and attends a variety of meetings to facilitate the Right Work Selection Process (primarily E-24 and E-16), as well as support work preparation in the Work Mangement Process. Interfaces with Mainteance, Engineering, Operations, Chemistry and Radiation Protection representatives/leaders to support execution of the Online Work Management Process.
+ Performs leadership/oversight of both MAST and represented(collective bargaining unit) employees, including the station Predefine Coordinator, Cycle WW Specialist, and long range schedulers (union).
+ Participates in High Intensity Teams, System Performance Teams, ER inititiatives, PHC/PMOC, ERT, EP, as well as other assigned duties to support the station.
**Job Specific Qualifications**
+ BA/BS degree with 6 years experience, with minimum 3 years leadership experience. In lieu of a degree must have a minimum of 10 years experience in Operations, Engineering, Maintenance or Work Management.

+ Cycle counts the warehouse a minimum of four times a year, including all pick and reserve slots for discrepancies and product/packaging integrity issues
+ Performs quality checks around date sensitive, slow-moving and obsolete items via interaction with merchandising.
+ Performs recoup function.
+ Research causes of weight variances, receiving/put away/letdown issues, and damaged product in the slots from warehouse moves
+ Proactively checks FIFO (first-in-first-out) items for proper rotation
+ Verify reserves are properly recorded and verify the count of each reserve pallet
+ Verify the put-away and transfer process performed by the day and night personnel
+ Initiate and document product transfer from the cooler to the freezer
+ Review standard management reports and research causes of inventory shrink
+ Coordinate will call orders when scheduled
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education**
+ High school degree or equivalent
**Experience**
+ 1 year preferred
**Professional Skills**
+ Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
+ Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of an organization
+ Must have exemplary listening skills to facilitate effective two-way communication
+ Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
+ Must be able to lift and move cases at a minimum of 70 pounds in weight up to 100 pounds.
+ Strong problem-solving skills
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Must be able to read, write and speak English
+ Experience with fast pace work, physical labor, and flexible for shift rotations (days, nights, weekends) as business needs require.
**Certificates, Licenses, Registrations**
+ Internal certification for operation of a pallet jack, forklift, and Hi-Rise forklift.

+ Must be able to work in extreme temperatures ranging from minus 10 degrees F to 85 degrees F or higher for periods of 8 hours or more per shift.
+ Regularly works near moving mechanical apparatus and is regularly exposed to vibration.
+ Constantly works in high traffic areas alongside forklifts, triple jacks, etc. fast-paced material handling the equipment.
+ Could potentially be exposed to chemicals and dust.
+ The noise level is usually loud.
