We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our Materials Department. This safety-sensitive role is responsible for performing cycle counts of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods across all Anchor facilities. Counter, Cycle, Manufacturing, Forklift

The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through daily cycle counts and utilizing ERP systems to process and review inventory activities. This role ensures materials are properly located and discrepancies are reported to supervision while maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.

• Conduct daily cycle counts of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials.
• Utilize ERP systems to process cycle counts and review on-hand inventory, current activity, and past activity.
• Ensure materials are stored in their proper locations and conduct searches to locate missing inventory.
• Report discrepancies in inventory levels and any damaged products to supervision, assisting in publishing weekly and quarterly inventory reports.
• Perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommend process improvements.
• Perform stock/bin verification counts and report results.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly warehouse appearance.
• Adhere to all company policies, quality, and safety procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensure proper and full-time use of PPE.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as wave & pallet jack.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

The pay range for this position is $18.50/hr.
