Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience (minimum 7-10 years) in offshore drilling operations, with a significant portion in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex drilling projects in various geological conditions.
- Strong knowledge of drilling fluids, cementing, well completion techniques, and directional drilling.
- In-depth understanding of offshore safety regulations and best practices, including API standards.
- Experience with various drilling rig types and equipment.
- Valid offshore survival certification (e.g., BOSIET/HUET).
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in challenging remote environments.
- Proficiency in drilling simulation software is an advantage.
- Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in offshore drilling engineering, with a strong track record of successful project execution.
- In-depth knowledge of drilling hydraulics, wellbore stability, formation evaluation, and directional drilling.
- Familiarity with various offshore drilling rigs and equipment.
- Proficiency in drilling simulation software and data analysis tools.
