This role is responsible for managing the planning portfolio, overseeing inventory levels, maintaining accurate
forecasts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize service levels while minimizing waste and
obsolescence. By combining strong analytical skills with effective communication, the Demand Coordinator drives
forecast accuracy, improves planning processes, and supports seamless execution across brands, customers, and
supply chain partners.
Demand Forecasting & Analysis
• Create and maintain demand forecasts in SAP IBP for all brands (Biscoff, Annas, BEAR).
• Analyze historical sales data, event impacts, promotions, seasonality, and new launches to refine forecasts.
• Challenge and validate sales inputs, providing insights to improve forecast accuracy.
• Monitor and track forecast-related KPIs, including accuracy, bias, and budget adherence.
Planning & Strategic Insights
• Conduct strategic analyses to recommend parameter or master data adjustments.
• Provide input on forecast adjustments based on customer-level or SKU-level trends.
• Support the team by preparing reporting decks and dashboards for internal leadership and corporate stakeholders.
• Lead improvement initiatives that increase forecast accuracy, service levels, and efficiency while reducing waste.
Systems, Tools & Projects
• Leverage SAP IBP forecasting and dashboard capabilities to create ad-hoc analytical reports and tools.
• Manage interactions between IBP and SAP by sourcing the correct plants, ensuring accuracy for replenishment coordinators.
• Support system enhancement projects, such as implementing Statistical Forecasting or IBP Supply.
Experience:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of supply chain experience, at least 2 year in retail demand planning or forecasting

• Strong verbal and written communicator with good technical understanding of supply chain
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Able to handle multiple priorities
• Strong analytical skills with advance proficiency in Excel

Paragon 28, a Zimmer Bioment company focusing on orthopedic medical devices for the foot and ankle is hiring an experienced Demand Planner to work at our Englewood, Colorado location. The Demand Planner is responsible for developing long-term demand forecasts using historical data, analytics, and marketing and sales data. This role collaborates with Sales and Marketing teams to understand market trends along with strategic objectives to deliver a consensus forecast that informs supply planning processes and results in high product availability.
**How You'll Create Impact**
**Essential Job Functions**
+ Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams for US and International to review historical sales trends, other demand drivers, and market inputs.
+ Evaluate inputs and independently select appropriate statistical models to generate forecasts by product line/region that minimize or eliminate stock outs and optimize inventory levels.
+ Plan phase in and phase out of new products, and demand cannibalization.
+ Assess the forecast output, utilize market or business inputs to adjust as needed, and deliver a monthly long-term consensus forecast for review and approval by stakeholders.
+ Ensure the planning forecast aligns to organizational revenue and inventory targets; identify gaps and engage appropriate teams to address.
+ Assess the collaborative forecasting business process, identify gaps and areas of improvement, and work with stakeholders to drive a more efficient and effective process.
+ Select, establish, and report on KPI's to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement in areas such as forecast accuracy and bias.
+ Provide inputs to and participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
+ Provide stakeholders with ad-hoc data and analysis requests as required.
+ Participate in ERP transition planning and recommend future-state system tools and process.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Your Background**
**Qualifications**
+ Four-year Bachelor's degree required.
+ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in forecasting, data analysis, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
+ Experience developing detailed multi-region product line forecasts.
+ Experience contributing to and participating in an S&OP process.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including expert level Excel skills.
+ Highly effective communication skills.
+ Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with various cross functional teams.
+ APICS CSCP/CPIM certification preferred.
+ SAP ERP, MRP experience preferred.
+ Previous medical device experience preferred.
