We are seeking a highly motivated Oncology Pharmacy Specialist to join our Hematology-Oncology service line. This position works closely with the multidisciplinary team of physicians, APP's, nursing staff and pharmacy personnel with a primary focus in hematologic malignancies. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans and chemotherapy orders in close collaboration with the provider, optimizing medication management and providing chemotherapy education to patients with hematologic malignancies, all while contributing to exceptional patient care. Other duties include Hematology-Oncology medication safety process improvements as well as oversight of medication management policies and procedures. We want you to apply!
Job Summary and Qualifications
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care activities to ensure safe and effective drug therapy through the provision of clinical pharmacy services. The Clinical Pharmacist delivers pharmaceutical care services by monitoring and intervening in therapeutics to provide optimum outcomes in a cost-effective manner. The Clinical Pharmacist fulfills departmental responsibilities within the long-range plan, mission, vision and values of the hospital.

+ Provides business solutions to community Oncologists through consistent in-person access.

**Position Summary**

**Job Responsibilities**
+ Sells oncology services and products such as Molecular Intelligence to Oncologists.
+ Provides business solutions to community Oncologists through consistent in-person access.
+ Analyze business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans for assigned territory.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
+ Utilize oncology market understanding and expertise while discussing the healthcare payer environment and its impact on oncology practices.
+ Billing support as it relates to patients, practices and hospital customers.

**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
+ Several successful years selling into the molecular profiling and/or oncology space not exclusive of products and services outside of the Caris product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise in Natera's products, services, processes, policies, and teams, as well as competitor offerings, market practices, and payer/reimbursement dynamics to effectively position Signatera.
  • Achieve sales targets by driving new patient adoption, expanding the user base, and acquiring accounts.

**Senior Oncology Specialist - Lung Cancer**

 You will act as the primary customer contact to provide current and comprehensive clinical knowledge of Amgen's products and effectively communicate the clinical and economic benefits of the products to medical professionals.
Our Senior Oncology Specialists achieve territory sales by utilizing their Oncology background and experience to:
+ Create and execute on a comprehensive territory plan, which includes delivering branded sales messages, executing planned programs, scheduling and following-up with medical educational programs, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
+ Utilize your internal and external relationships to service and manage accounts, including ensuring product access, resolving/triage reimbursement issues, and maintaining product contracts.
+ Craft an effective marketing strategy to aid in driving sales
+ Analyze your business effectiveness of sales activities and territory analysis, as well as develop territory plans with your District Manager
+ Have the passion for our products to sustain that passion through the entire sales cycle while always building our brand and never losing sight of how we serve patients
+ Partner with other colleagues to share best practices and be in a state of continuous curiosity and learning to help you grow as a Sr. Oncology Specialist
+ Leverage your passion for Oncology and disease state awareness, Industry, regulatory and competitive changes to deliver agreed results

**What we expect of you**

+ Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related
+ OR 
+ Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related
+ OR 
+ High school diploma / GED and 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Preferred experience in Oncology
+ Three or more years of sales and/or marketing experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device industries.
+ Product or hospital sales experience in the areas of oncology, nephrology, dermatology, rheumatology and inflammation. Neurology, endocrinology, hepatology, gastroenterology, or infectious diseases, and the diseases and treatments involved with these specialties.
+ Local Market knowledge.
+ A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is $155,195 to $179,347. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
