**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in nursing
+ At least 8 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
+ At least 5-years licensed health care practice
+ A minimum of 3 years Oncology/Hematology clinical experience
+ At least 1- year clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience
+ Professional license required: Registered Nurse - State Board
+ Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position. The MA is responsible for preparing patients for office visits, performing tasks including escorting patient to treatment rooms, obtaining pertinent patient information for medical records, and documenting information in patients' chart. The Colleague will also be responsible for processing patient telephone calls and correspondence for the practice, organizing and prioritizing duties to optimize efficiency and promoting positive patient outcomes.

+ Prepares exam and treatment rooms. Prepares patients for examination and treatment. Ensures patient is given appropriate clothing in preparation for the expected physical exam or minor surgeries
+ Obtains pertinent history, enters into the medical record including chief complaint, medical and surgical history, allergies, medications, and appropriate review of systems, and takes/documents patient vital signs. In treatment rooms, serves as a scribe between patient and physician, documenting all relevant information.
+ Processes and files all lab/diagnostic test results, correspondence, clinical notes in patients' chart after they have been reviewed by the physician. Assures accurate and complete documentation on patient records and notifies providers and other departments of diagnostic testing results.
+ Coordinates patient flow in the office. Collaborates with receptionist to make certain that patients are seen in a timely and efficient manner. Assists front office personnel by answering the telephone, scheduling patient appointments, and other tasks as needed.

We are looking for an experienced Women's Health consultant to help support the Consultant education and role development for both internal solution consultants and 3rd parties that support the Oracle Health EHR Millennium solutions. This role is specific to the Women's Health product.As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client's satisfaction. The Senior Director Clinical Strategy and Oncology Specialty Solutions is responsible for owning the execution of Prime's oncology specialty products and programs, as well as the development of strategic business roadmaps that integrate both medical and pharmacy solutions. This position will provide leadership and direction through leading a team focused on executing on functional business plans and strategies. This role will collaborate with other leaders to achieve the successful execution of strategic business initiatives and the delivery of innovative solutions.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the vision, strategy, and implementation of integrating medical and pharmacy solutions, fostering collaboration across departments and ensuring the seamless delivery of services to clients
+ Provide direction, leadership and subject matter expertise to team members ensuring business initiatives are appropriately staffed and executed through effective oversight of department leadership
+ Lead the design and implementation of innovative drug solutions, including optimizing optimize drug utilization, patient outcomes, and cost-effectiveness through value-based care models, digital health initiatives, and patient support program
+ Manage the ongoing development and maintenance of innovation and specialty roadmap, ensuring successful harmonization and driving execution

**Education & Experience**
+ Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree
+ Current pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy in the State where the position is located
+ 8 years of work experience within medical and pharmacy drug management within a PBM or managed care organization, or oncology management experience if supporting oncology specialty solutions
+ 6 years of leadership/people management experience
+ Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
**Additional Qualifications**
+ Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of driving innovation solutions and growth
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive clinical and financial outcomes
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
+ Knowledge of healthcare regulations, payer strategies, and compliance requirements
