Evne Developers is a global tech company specializing in software development and IT services. We are currently looking for a reliable assistant to support our daily financial operations by printing and dropping off checks.
Role Summary:You will be responsible for printing checks from provided digital files and dropping them off at a local post office or courier service. This is a remote role, but you must have access to a printer and transportation for daily drop-offs.
Responsibilities:- Print checks and documents from digital files
- Package and prepare for mailing or delivery
- Drop off at local post office or courier (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- Maintain security and confidentiality
- Confirm task completion daily
- Based in the U.S. (preferred)
- Access to printer, envelopes, and check stock paper. we can also provide working equipment.
- Reliable transportation
- High attention to detail and integrity
- Able to work independently and meet daily deadlines
- Remote, flexible work
- Light workload (~1 hour/day)

Avalere Health is seeking a skilled Accountant to manage financial operations and ensure accurate reporting in support of our strategic insights, policy analysis, market access strategies, and data-driven solutions for the life sciences, health plans, and healthcare provider sectors. This role involves handling budgeting, compliance, and financial analysis with a focus on health economics, federal/state policy implications, and patient-centered research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, analyzing variances to support decision-making in healthcare projects.
• Process accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger entries using accounting software.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and healthcare-specific standards like HIPAA for financial data.
• Assist in audits, grant reporting, and cost allocation for research and consulting engagements.
• Generate financial reports on policy impacts, economic modeling, and reimbursement strategies.
• Collaborate with teams to track project expenses, invoicing, and revenue recognition in a consulting environment.
• Monitor cash flow, payroll integrations, and financial controls to mitigate risks.
Must-Have Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of accounting experience, ideally in healthcare, consulting, or nonprofit sectors.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate financial reporting.
• Understanding of healthcare economics and policy-related financial implications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with health policy funding, grants, or economic analysis tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau) for financial insights.
• Master’s degree in accounting or MBA.
