Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced On-Site Network Engineer to join our team for a multi-site Re-IP and network migration initiative. This role will involve extensive travel to customer locations to execute network re-IP activities, perform system administration tasks, and provide on-site support for network, firewall, and user device VIP configurations.
This is a 100% travel position from September through December (no weekends or holidays). The candidate must pass a background check and drug screening, possess a valid driver’s license, and be prepared for continuous travel to project sites.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to customer sites to perform scheduled network re-IP activities in coordination with the central project team.
Reconfigure and validate VLANs, IP addressing schemes, and DHCP scopes as part of site migrations.
Perform system administration tasks to update VIP (Virtual IP) static addresses at the server, network device, firewall, and end-user device levels.
Work directly with on-site contacts and remote network teams to ensure smooth cutovers with minimal downtime.
Conduct post-migration testing to validate connectivity and service functionality.
Maintain detailed documentation of changes, configurations, and test results for each site.
Assist in troubleshooting on-site network and system issues, escalating as needed to the architecture or core engineering teams.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking, including switch and router configuration, VLAN management, and routing protocol implementation (OSPF, BGP).
Proficiency in system administration for Windows and/or Linux environments, including IP configuration and VIP address assignments.
Familiarity with firewall configuration and VIP updates (Palo Alto preferred).
Ability to troubleshoot complex network and system issues on-site under time-sensitive conditions.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage work independently while coordinating with remote teams.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering roles.
Cisco certifications: CCNA required; CCNP preferred.

As an Onsite Network Engineer, you will provide onsite support services via regular scheduled proactive visits to your assigned clients in the Washington DC metropolitan area. - Proven customer service and problem-solving skills. Excellent at communicating in a way that makes sense to non-technical people (face-to-face and written).
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server products 2016, 2019, 2022, Exchange, Office365, backup systems, email systems, virus protection, desktop operating systems, document management systems, and similar technologies critical to business operations.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of IP protocols, firewalls, and routers.
- Experience configuring, installing, and troubleshooting routers, firewalls, and switches.
- Experience with Azure, SonicWALL, Citrix.
- Ability to provide onsite or remote guidance to clients in the Washington DC area.

A large financial organization is seeking a Data Engineer that will sit onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio for a short term (9 month) contract. Individuals hired for this role will handle the design and construction of scalable management systems, ensure that all data systems meet company requirements, and also research new uses for data acquisition. Required to know and understand the ins and outs of the industry such as data mining practices, algorithms, and how data can be used.
Primary Responsibilities:
Design, construct, install, test and maintain data management systems.
Build high-performance algorithms, predictive models, and prototypes.
Ensure that all systems meet the business/company requirements as well as industry practices.
Integrate up-and-coming data management and software engineering technologies into existing data structures.
Develop set processes for data mining, data modeling, and data production.
Create custom software components and analytics applications.
Research new uses for existing data.
Employ an array of technological languages and tools to connect systems together.
Collaborate with members of your team (eg, data architects, the IT team, data scientists) on the projects goals.
Install/update disaster recovery procedures.
Recommend different ways to constantly improve data reliability and quality.
