The open source technical program manager works closely with open source project communities, engineering teams, and product management. As a member of the Open Source Strategy & Marketing (OSSM) team you will be responsible for making key open source projects successful by working with cross-functional teams. In addition, a technical program manager will own communicating progress to a cross organizational executive audience representing stakeholders across AWS.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- History of contribution in open source projects.

WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION
This is a full-time, salaried position that works Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm, with the expectation of work outside of these hours as needed. Your office would be located at the Mendenhall Wastewater Treatment Plant at 2009 Radcliffe Rd, Juneau, AK 99801.
Typical Responsibilities
The Engineering & Public Works, Utilities Division is seeking a detail-oriented professional to serve as the Source Control Coordinator. The CBJ Utilities Division provides water and wastewater services to more than 30,000 residents and businesses and over a million visitors annually. This position will develop and implement pollution reduction plans and programs to eliminate sources of contamination in CBJ-owned utility systems and surface waters.
Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and implementing CBJ Utility Source Control policies and procedures
- Coordinating pretreatment activities and maintaining industrial user documentation
- Conducting business inspections and providing technical assistance to achieve compliance
- Implementing enforcement actions and managing the Fats, Oil and Grease (FOG) program
- Operating monitoring equipment and investigating pollution sources
- Managing GIS system implementation for tracking industrial users and pollution control devices
- Working with regulatory bodies and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships
Education: A bachelor's degree in chemistry, environmental science, biological or natural science, engineering, planning, or a closely related field.
Experience: Two years of experience as an environmental source control coordinator, analytical chemist, or environmental permitting, inspections and enforcement and /or similar environmental quality experience.
Certifications: Within six (6) months of appointment: training and certification in CPR, First Aid, Confined Space and Rescue, Traffic Control Flagging. Forklift Operator, and Respirator Fit Test. Within one (1) year of appointment, incumbent must obtain and maintain a 24-hour HAZWOPER (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response) certificate.
Licenses : A valid Driver's License at time of appointment (and for continued employment)

**The Opportunity:**
As a CACI-Mission Engineering & Support Senior All Source Analyst in the Special Operations Command North (SOCNORTH) JICC you will provide embedded analytical network support to SOCNORTH other government agencies in order share intelligence between organizations in support of executing SOCNORTH mission priorities as they intersect with the embedded agency in the defense of the Homeland. Embedded analysts will provide intelligence analysis and analytical products to support SOCNORTH targeting efforts, threat assessments, and joint intelligence preparation of the operating environment in support of SOCNORTH, USSOCOM, and USNORTHCOM objectives. Your analyses and assessments will coordinate and integrate all pertinent input and data from other SOCNORTH analysts,and the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) and associated elements; U.S. Law Enforcement Agencies (including but not limited to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI); and other DoD agencies in order share intelligence between organizations in support of executing SOCNORTH mission priorities as they intersect with the embedded agency in the defense of the Homeland.
