We are looking for an entry level screenprinter / factory floor help. This is an entry level position with full training as needed. We are a printer of merchandise for the college bookstore market. You will be helping out with various stages of our production with a small team applying school logos to various items. Position is part-time, but could quickly transition to full time depending on the value you are able to bring to our production team. You are given instructions needed to complete a task and left to complete the job on your own but can ask questions if needed. We do not micro-manage people. We would prefer a self-starter who can take direction and move on their own at a steady and safe pace. We can be flexible with your schedule if you are trying to work around getting kids to school or other employment. Two daycares are nearby as well. This position can be 4 to 8 hours / day 3 to 5 days per week depending on your schedule as long as it can fit in our production needs.

• Assembly: Electrical assembly of light fixtures. Willing and able to use pneumatic hand tools such as screw drivers and drills.
• Material handling: May assist with moving inventory and finished products within the factory.
• Packaging: May assist with shipping, receiving, packing and inventory processes.
• Team Work: Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols.

• Willing to drive a 26 ft. box truck - Must have a valid CT driver's license with clean driving record.
