**What you'll do:**
- Drives the implementation of the Eaton Business System and the development of future state plans and manufacturing strategies in alignment with plant leadership goals.

As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will be a key player in shaping a supportive and engaging work environment for the Ogden, UT, plant, a manufacturer of quality griddle and bakery products. Your role will act as a strategic partner in implementing and sustaining the TreeHouse Management Operating Structure (TMOS).

The Operational Excellence Manager is responsible for leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to improve plant performance. They analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and lead kaizen activities to optimize operations and increase efficiency. This position will report to the Plant Manager and work closely with all departments to drive alignment, gain support, train personnel, and implement improvement initiatives that build a lean culture

Certain states require pay information to be provided in job postings. The national pay range for this position is $89,500-$38,500 per year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.

**_About the Role:_**
As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will be a key player in shaping a supportive and engaging work environment for the Cambridge, MD, plant, a manufacturer of quality aseptic products. Your role will act as a strategic partner in implementing and sustaining the TreeHouse Management Operating Structure (TMOS).
You will lead initiatives to analyze and improve supply chain processes using advanced continuous improvement methodologies, with a focus on enhancing product quality, operational efficiency, financial performance, and overall business operations.
**_You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:_**
+ Partner with site leadership and process owners to implement and sustain the TreeHouse Management Operating Structure (TMOS), ensuring standard manufacturing processes are consistently applied.
+ Act as both a tactical and strategic resource, serving as a change agent and modeling leadership behaviors aligned with TMOS.
+ Monitor and support key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance; coach KPI owners through gap analysis, corrective actions, and performance validation.
+ Collaborate with division-level continuous improvement leaders to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide strategies and initiatives.
+ Lead a portfolio of moderate to large-scale projects to optimize supply chain processes and overall operational efficiency.
+ Identify process requirements, improvement opportunities, and best practices; lead replication efforts across sites to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
+ Leverage site data to prioritize projects and define scope, objectives, resources, timelines, and team roles.

+ The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $95,000 to $142,600 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. This exciting role will be responsible for the company’s overall Lean & Six Sigma training, projects, and implementation. A solid understanding of Lean and Six Sigma processes within a manufacturing environment is necessary to succeed in this role. They are headquartered in the Fort Mill, SC area. The company is a leading designer and manufacturer of solar cells and PV Modules for the renewable energy industry. Responsibilities:
- Participate in the company’s Long-Term and Mid-Term Strategy Deployment process.
- Facilitate and support Annual Hoshin Planning processes at the site and functional level.
- Facilitate annual Value Stream Mapping and Value Chain Mapping events to support Annual Hoshin and Budgeting processes.
- Identify teams, project opportunities, actions, required training, and deployment methodologies resulting from Annual Hoshin Planning, Value Stream Mapping, and Value Chain Mapping events.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product Engineering & Development, Supply Chain, Sales, and all other business functions to align, select, prioritize, and plan Lean and Six Sigma projects and kaizen targets, as well as training needs, identified during the Annual Hoshin Planning process.
- Develop, coordinate, and manage Lean & Six Sigma training plans to support annual projects and kaizen targets.

- Drive SPS KPIs and goals across the enterprise.
- Lead other Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt projects assigned by the Corporate Director of Continuous Improvement and Quality.
- Travel to the location and support other Corporate Lean & Six Sigma Black Belts and their projects as required.
- Attend the company’s Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt training course and attain the company’s Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt certification within established timelines.

- Support Safety, Product Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure the highest level of safety in our products and processes.
- Support Product Design and Manufacturing Engineers in driving innovation, improving existing designs, and reducing defects.
- Work with IT to develop information systems and automated, intelligent dashboards for the Lean & Six Sigma Program:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience (Engineering preferred).
- Minimum 7 years working in a Process Improvement, Quality, or Operational Excellence organization
- Minimum 5 years in a company with a strong, recognized Lean & Six Sigma program and culture.
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Comfortable with up to 40% travel to
- Proven record of results management in a matrix environment.
- Demonstrated Minitab proficiency and ability to teach Minitab to others.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Lean Certification preferred.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
