I. Job Summary
The Operational Management Trainee - Fleet position is part of a developmental training program designed to develop individuals into a Fleet Manager role. Tasks will be directed and supervised by Fleet Managers. In this position, Trainees will develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to be able to lead, implement, and monitor the maintenance processes that support operations, maximize fleet performance, and manager the full fleet of primary and secondary equipment within the assigned area.
The Operational Management Trainee will travel within the Great Lakes Area (approximately 80% travel). At the end of the 10-14 months program, the role may require relocation to permanent assignment of role.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Develops a working knowledge of WM's Fleet and general business applications.
+ Responsible for developing the skills to become a Fleet Supervisor and then a Fleet Manager.
+ Completes assigned computer-based training.
+ Develops a strong understanding and dedication to the WM Safety Program.
+ Works with Corporate and local safety teams to continue to create an aware and observant safety conscious culture.
+ Participates in worksite meetings, huddles, and mentoring programs.
+ Completes required paperwork utilizing fleet maintenance software program associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.

+ Associate's Degree in a Diesel Technician Certification program or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree
+ High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
+ 2 years of relevant work experience

Job Details:
The contractor shall support the government assessment of future system requirements. The team shall provide operational context during requirement definition, system development and integration for future NC3 capabilities. The findings will ensure future systems support operational needs, address future NC3 capabilities, and align with future NC3 roadmap.
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in the following:
- NC2/NC3 operation capabilities and procedures, and experience in the operations platforms, communications, and modes of operations, to include current efforts in developing survivable and endurable NC2/NC3 capabilities.

**Qualifications**

The Legal Risk Manager will:
+ Lead or support of reviews, and maintenance of legal risk policy, procedures, governance updates, roles & responsibilities, and requirements
+ Perform independent oversight and provide effective challenge to first line through reviews / testing and ongoing monitoring of Legal risk & processes

We're seeking an Operational Risk professional to provide analytic support and guidance to the Business Unit Risk Managers (BURMs) and their teams. You will directly support operational risk and control self-assessments and initiatives, and support the Operational Risk Management processes and tools through analysis, training, and reporting.
**Responsibilities**
- Support BURMs in the completion of operational risk and control self-assessments and supporting documentation.
- Provide training and guidance on the use of the ORCSA tools, including classroom training, individual guidance, and executive-level demonstrations.
- Maintain the OpenPages system library content, ensuring the integrity of the data in the system and align the risk assessment process to Basel II.
- Design and develop operational risk reports in the OpenPages system.
- Support other adopters of the OpenPages system in development and implementation of business requirements.
**Qualifications**
- 3 - 5 years' experience in the financial services industry in a risk management or internal audit environment
- Strong analytic, planning, and organizational skills
- Subject matter expertise in risk assessment and controls concepts
- Understanding of Basel II Operational Risk concepts
- Experience in delivering classroom training
- Knowledge of bank operations and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint. Preferred: Access, Business Objects, SharePoint

The typical base pay range for this role is between $89K - $116K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
