Provide Advisory and Assistance Support (A&AS) to support the NC3 Enterprise Center with the day-to-day responsibility for overseeing and managing NC3 operations, maintaining enterprise-wide visibility, assessing comprehensive operational and technical risk, and, with the active NC3 Enterprise Stakeholder participation, developing, presenting, and advocating future capabilities, risk management options, and prioritization recommendations to the Chairman Joint Chief of Staff (CJCS) and Deputy Secretary of Defense (DepSecDef) on behalf of all NC3 Stakeholders. The focus of this task order is for the contractor to provide subject matter expertise in conducting systems analysis, systems engineering, technical analysis, solution integration, operations assessment, operations analysis, risk management, requirements identification, requirements advocacy, intelligence assessments, technology identification, identifying future concepts and architectures, and other assigned tasks supporting CDRUSSTRATCOM's ability to plan and execute Strategic Deterrence and NC3 operations to accomplish the mission as outlined in the National Defense Strategy
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years of experience in the following:
Operation capabilities and procedures, and experience in the operations platforms, communications, and modes of operations. Desire: NC2/NC3 background to include an understanding of Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff Instructions, Manuals, and nuclear Emergency Action Procedures.
At least 3 years of experience in the following:
Familiarity with the Joint Risk Analysis process and how it applies to NC3enterprise; applying NC3 expertise, providing support for timely NC3 risk capability assessments and advice on mitigation options; experience employing cross-cutting methodology to measure risk for integrated systems; proficiency in building risk metrics and maintaining a framework for assessments.

Project Background:
Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) represents the capabilities which enable the President to exercise nuclear command and control authorities and the Department of Defense’s (DOD’s) nuclear forces to act upon the President’s direction. The NC3 Enterprise is critical to deterrence and credible nuclear warfighting, but it has not progressed at the pace of technological innovation. The NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) was established to address future strategic environments, monitor and assess current capabilities, define future NC3 architectures and ensure modernized NC3 capabilities align with the nuclear triad.
Job Description:
The contractor shall support the government in determining operational risk across the NC3 Enterprise. The team shall identify data collection requirements to develop a risk analysis framework. The findings will support the ability to assess current and future risks to determine the impact on NC3 operations across the NC3 Enterprise.
Job Requirements:
At least 8 years of experience in the following:
- NC2/NC3 operation capabilities and procedures, experience in the operations platforms, communications, and modes of operations, to include current efforts in developing survivable and endurable NC2/NC3 capabilities, and an understanding of Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff Instructions, Manuals, and nuclear Emergency Action Procedures.
- Familiarity with the Joint Risk Analysis process and how it applies to NC3 enterprise; applying NC3 expertise, providing support for timely NC3 risk capability assessments and advice on mitigation options; experience employing cross-cutting methodology to measure risk for integrated systems; proficiency in building risk metrics and maintaining a framework for assessments.
- COCOM level experience with participating in various NC2/NC3 forums including, but not limited to, NC2/NC3 Issues Working Groups, Policy and Procedures working groups, and others.
At least 3 years of experience in the following:
- Background and training in one or more of USSTRATCOM assigned UCP missions, assignment at the Combatant Command, Joint Staff, Service, or MAJCOM level.

As a senior leader, you will be fully accountable for selling and delivering site investigation and remediation related sediment projects to build a sustainable business regionally and across the US, while also networking with ERM's global SI/RM technical team to share best practices across the industry. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct and develop feasibility studies, remedial designs, and remedial strategies for CERCLA and other sediment remediation sites.
- Provide strategic advice to clients for sediment remediation sites Collaborate with other ERM global practitioners on complex sediment site investigation and remediation projects, including participating on multidisciplinary teams comprised of SI/RM professionals from multiple offices around the global organization. These projects may include Brownfields redevelopment, sediment site investigation and remediation, risk assessment, environmental construction management, ecological restoration, and/or site closure and decommissioning.
- Oversee projects within scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure quality standards on project deliverables.

We also may have instances where employees fall outside of the range based on the factors noted above.This jobmay be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are NOT bonus eligible).

Memorial Cancer Institute (MCI), part of Memorial Healthcare System, is seeking a BE/BC physician, dedicated to womens breast health and cancer risk assessment to join a multidisciplinary team in delivering world-class cancer care. About the Role
The Financial Risk Management SOX Assurance team plays a critical role in safeguarding Uber's financial integrity and ensuring compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. As a member of this team, you will be at the forefront of protecting the company's financial data and maintaining the trust of our stakeholders. You will work to assess, evaluate, and improve internal controls related to financial reporting, in alignment with Uber's commitment to doing the right thing and upholding the highest standards. This team plays a critical role in upholding FRMs core valuesplacing the right people in the right roles to ask the right questions, acting with integrity, and boldly approaching risk management to drive meaningful outcomes. This team is essential in upholding Uber's core values of putting people first, acting with integrity, and being bold in our approach to risk management.
Specifically, the FRM Assurance team is responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of the design, implementation and operating effectiveness of internal controls to mitigate financial reporting risks in accordance with the 2013 COS Framework to satisfy SOX requirements.
What Youll Do
- Strategic Leadership: Execute the overall SOX compliance strategy, aligning with Uber's financial risk management objectives and business goals.
- Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the SOX program for the relevant areas, ensuring timely completion of all activities and deliverables.
- Risk Assessment: Oversee the identification and assessment of financial reporting risks for the relevant areas, and ensure appropriate controls are in place to mitigate those risks.
- Control Evaluation: Evaluation of the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) for business process controls, including the impact of related IT controls through collaboration with IT control specialists.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external auditors, and control owners.
- Deficiency Remediation: Manage the identification, tracking, and remediation of control deficiencies, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the SOX program, including the use of technology and automation. Identify opportunities to leverage data analytics, FRM process automation, and other tools to streamline SOX processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop your direct reports, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of changes in SOX and other related regulations and best practices, and ensure the company's compliance program is updated accordingly. This includes monitoring changes to PCAOB auditing standards and SEC guidance.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to key stakeholders and FRM leadership on the status of SOX compliance, key risks, and control effectiveness for related areas.
- Audit Tools and Techniques: Oversee the utilization of audit software and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SOX testing and monitoring.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in relevant areas including audit (internal or external), controls, compliance, consulting, or risk management
- CPA, CIA, CISA, or other relevant professional certification is highly preferred

- Business Acumen: Understanding of Uber's business operations, financial performance, and strategic objectives, and the ability to align SOX activities with these goals.
- Ethical Judgment and Integrity: Strong ethical judgment and integrity, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional conduct and compliance.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$149,000 per year - USD$166,000 per year.
